I have been very impressed with the service I’ve received from The Property Centre, Longlevens Branch. The members of staff I've dealt with, Millie Walker (who initially valued my house), Emma Grainger, Charlotte Maddon, and Thomas Watts, have all been extremely professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property in the Gloucester area. My house is currently SSTC and the sales progressor, Allison Breddy, is also providing an excellent service, keeping me up-to-date with what’s happening with the solicitors, chasing things up, etc. So, not only do they successfully market and sell your property (3 weeks in my case) with excellent communication throughout, they also provide an on-going service until completion. If you’re looking for a reputable, hard-working, and thriving estate agent, I would highly recommend The Property Centre, Longlevens.

A very positive experience

We bought our first home through The Property Centre in Worcester and quite honestly, we could not have done it without our incredible sales progressor, Hannah Taylor. Not only was she the most knowledgeable person we could have asked for, she was also genuine, kind, and very supportive. She chased up even the most minute of issues and always got back to us in good time, especially as our solicitors seemed to communicate better with her than with us. Hannah was reassuring and patient when our solicitors' website crashed and burned, causing ongoing chaos in the estate world, and she took initiative in trying to contact the interested parties and keep peace. Thank you, Hannah, and the rest of the team at The Property Centre, who always found time to let us into the property when we needed access!

The girl Rachel who works there is actually quite decent , but the Branch Manager Oliver is really poor.Poor writing skills, poor verbal skills, poor manners, stuttering, just all round poor. I am a sales manager and there is no way if Oliver asked for a starter/beginner role on 12k basic that he would be successful. 75% negative reviews- 75%????? That's not made up guys, there is something very wrong about this company, but if Oliver is managing the Cheltenham branch then I am not at all surprised- Stay away

Left out various important details on their write up about the house, including £5k of work done to the outside, and the extra parking space , 21 ft which would fit a caravan or motorhome. I also believe that they were asking people who viewed the house to give it a value. No offer to do an open house. Viewer put a hole in our kitchen ceiling. Lack of effort/ motivation on their part.

Please, go elsewhere to a reputable letting agency. I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them. We occupied a three story house that we thought we could call home. We were in there for just over 12 months when out of the blue we were served with 6 months notice because the landlords had fallen out and were selling their properties so they could divorce. Then the problems started, as the three of us had Devi to go our separate ways, it was on arduous task to find three new tenancies where we could all move out within a month of each other. We found our respective properties and gave notice, we we offered to pay weekly so we did not have to find another months rent on top of the deposits and advanced rents we had to pay. This was refused, we were told that we would have to pay the whole month despite only being in there for about 9 days. We queried this and after some disputes they agreed for us to leave without any penalties for early termination of the notice or tenancy agreement. When we finally gave notice, they demanded the whole months rent, we argued this for some time and having gone through the emails I found the agreement to let us leave without penalties in writing. This made very little difference, we said we would take legal action. When we left the property was cleaned from top to bottom with anti bacterial solutions and the carpets were cleaned four or five times. We moved out and handed the keys back, 6 days later they inspected the property and said it required professional cleaning, they stated it was dirty and dusty, I told them the windows had been open for all that time in very dry hot temperatures so naturally dust and Particles would find there way back in. There was in all honesty a dark mark on a beige carpet, nothing had been spilt on it, it was simply where I had sat in the evenings and the carpet had discoloured, I call that wear and tear. The pile of the carpet was coming out so much that we had to stop cleaning it so as to not make it worse. They still stole £230.00 from our deposit, we are still receiving legal advice. The worse part is that we were there customers as well as the landlords, but they only represented them, never us. Please, please avoid at all costs!!

Was interested in viewing a property and initially really good customer service and very pleasant people. However, turned up to view a property and no one showed up. After ringing and explaining that we were waiting at the property to view, they said that they would find out what’s happening and ring me straight back. I heard nothing from them so left the premises and never heard anything more from them… do they want to sell properties?

Very poorly managed rentals

Recently moved out of rental property managed by property centre in Taunton. Our property was originally rented with Richard Gibbins but then handed over to the property centre for rentals. We have had nothing but bad service from them. They have held our deposit as the land lady was not happy with the garden in a residential area known for poor soil/gardens especially in winter months. on the inventory it was written that the garden is acceptable for this time of year however the landlady disagreed and proposed we pay for re seeding. We as tenant felt this was unfair if the letting agency had agreed this was ok for time of year. They made us wait for quotes for this regardless this took 3 weeks. They pressured us to have viewings whilst we were moving out which we felt was unfair. We are still waiting for our deposit and we moved out in November. Every time we ring we are put through to answer phone or people are always in meetings. We get promised a call back and they never do call back. We feel this is really poor communication and has been managed very poorly. they have already re rented the property we moved out of and we are still waiting for our deposit and had to pay deductions from it even though there is tenants already moved in to. really unhappy with the service. Do not recommend.
