GoogleI invited Emma to value my late Mums house and was impressed with the advice given and happy with recommendations on price guidance. After placing property on market there were 3 viewings in the first 4 days feedback was prompt and detailed and all made offers - after accepting an offer on day 5 the brilliant Admin team took over and completion was done in under 3 months. Thank you would always recommend.

We’re sorry to hear how stressful this situation was for you, Michelle. When the sale of our client’s property was agreed, our client said they were not linking the sale to an onward purchase. However, they then changed their mind close to the exchange date, which was beyond our control. This was communicated to the chain, but we appreciate how frustrating this must have been. We hope you are happy in your new home and wish you all the best.

FacebookI had a great experience using The Property Centre at Tuffley when I recently had my house valued and viewed some local properties. They were very professional and helpful along the way. I was kept well informed of any updates in a timely manner and had no issues with anyone that I dealt with. I mainly dealt with Holly in the office, Charlotte did our viewings and Phil valued our house. All of them gave excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would use The Property Centre again in the future and would recommend them too. Thanks guys.

Taken in by sales pitch of being the agent selling houses just like ours for the highest price locally. Overvalued our house and put bigger houses on market for same price within a mile at same time. The process of booking viewings is just to book them in without checking with you, then if you tell them you can’t do that time they don’t seem to make much effort to re-book. Multiple people doing viewings and not knowing key details about the house. Everyone was very pleasant on the phone but I felt they were just telling me what they thought I wanted to hear rather than honest guidance. After months on the market we changed agent and sold within 10 days with better marketing, more flexible viewings (evenings and bank hols) and an effort made to book viewings when we could actually accommodate. Overall, just not the right agent for us and I wish I had read a review like this before we signed. Probably fine if your property is empty and you don’t mind when viewings happen or who you deal with.

FacebookSellers avoid OLIVER DAVIS in this company. I regret to inform you about a disappointing experience I had with one of your representatives, OLIVER. It appears that sellers should avoid dealing with Oliver, given the lackluster service I received. When I expressed interest in viewing a property, Oliver refused to accommodate my request, citing my previous viewings without any purchases. It is deeply concerning that an Estate Agent would make such a judgment without consulting the client. The insinuation that I should part with my hard-earned money for properties that do not meet my criteria is not only unreasonable but also unprofessional. As a client, I expect to be treated with respect and to have my preferences considered. This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope necessary actions will be taken to address this issue

FacebookNot great customer service when your viewing gets cancelled within 24 hours due to the property being sold.. We waisted 2 days waiting for some simple information that I had to chase up. Then worked with the agent for there most convenient for them to accommodate the viewing. The correct option would be to honour existing viewings and to take property off the market. Although I do appreciate the conditions of the market at the moment.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. In this instance, we were instructed by our vendor to take their property off the market and cancel any further viewings, as they had received an agreeable offer that suited them and their situation. Whilst we understand your situation and apologise for any inconvenience, we will always act upon our vendor’s instructions. We will continue to endeavour to find you your next home and if there is anything else you need, please feel free to talk to one of our team.

Allison who helped from offer accepted to completing was amazing - we honestly can't thank her enough. She chased and chased and got things through for us... FacebookAfter doing months of research I chose TPC, ( Quedegley) I was recommended to TPC after they did a fab job with our friends sales. Noting was too much trouble, Never pushy or rude, unlike other Agents, They went way beyond the call of duty for me on several occasions and I was massively impressed. Our experience wasn’t good. We were taken in by the sales pitch and promise of an excellent service. Once the contract was signed the problems started. The virtual tour was published without our approval, the photos weren’t great and the description was copied from another property. We sold quickly, but the buyers dropped out after dragging their heels. We couldn’t get any information from our sales progressor, and when we complained about the poor communication we were told the sale had fallen through. They didn’t really seem interested in selling our house after that. When we decided to change agents they forewent the 4 weeks notice period and released us immediately and unceremoniously shoved our keys back through our door.
