GoogleI have just moved into a flat with my best mate. It’s my first time using an estate agents to rent a property. I have been so pleasantly surprised. Helped completely along the way and has been so understanding and patient with getting all documents and information from us. Full explained every single cost, was more than helpful when I had a few questions. No grey area left. Was more than happy to chase the landlord when we have needed any answers. Highly recommend! Horrendous Lettings agency, ready to gulp down entire of your deposit, that's their game. You cant escape, so if possible dont get into it. Anyone struggling can consult me, shall let you know how to extract every last legitimate money that you deserve to be returned. I took them to the adjudicator and won.

GoogleI have been acting on behalf of my brother in renting his house out. He had a severe stroke last year and is going to be unable to return to his house in the near future, if at all. Following a conversation with the sales office I was quickly put in touch with Jon in the Lettings office who was extremely empathetic and promised me 'I will do everything to make this as easy as possible for you'. As I live in North Wales this was music to my ears and he hasn't let me down. It was a pleasure to do business with Taylors and I would recommend them whole-heartedly. They arranged contractors to get the house rentable and since the tenants have moved in I have been contacted by Laura who will be our dedicated property manager. I feel confident that all our needs will be met throughout our partnership and no job will be too small for any of the staff at Taylors. Thank you Jon, Sophie and Laura Lindsey

Booked to view a property in bradley stoke by someone called Joe. He rang in the morning to confirm, we went for our viewing for no one to turn up for at least 10 - 15 minutes late, then he didn't have the keys and had no idea how to get in and said his phone doesn't work. He then walked off after cancelling our viewing, soon after another couple turned up to view the property and they were there to meet the same agent who they called to come straight back, he came back and give the same excuses to the next couple

Bedminster office - I had hoped that this one would be different. But if you like inaccuracies with details and not being able to explain their processes then they are for you. When I complained I was told that they'd followed their processes but it seems that they like to kept that information to themselves.

I have been renting through this letting agent for almost 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience so far. The property manager Nathaniel Allibone has always being prompt with reported issues and recently made sure that an urgent repair issue was completed on time. .They take maintenance repair issues serious and are reliable to get quality services. I recommend their service to everyone.

GoogleAs a first time landlord we were apprehensive about the process. Although we had no need to be as Sara from Taylors lead us through the process. She was upfront about the costing and assisted us in obtaining the relevant documentation required for letting. She was very responsive to any e mail queries and taking your phone calls. Our property was listed on Wednesday and rented by Friday! The entire process was professional, swift, stress free and truthfully exceeded my expectations.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I would never rent from this or any other associated companies ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The experience I had from the time my tenancy ended until I had my deposit partially returned was nothing short of farcical. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to help or address any of my concerns made the process of moving significantly more stressful than it needed to be. They were far more interested in money, they have no desire to provide a decent service for their tenants. I ended up losing a portion of my deposit for which was completely unnecessary cleaning purely due to the fact that I was given the run around from the day I moved out. Had I not reluctantly agreed this saga would still be ongoing and I wouldn't have had any of my money returned. They repeatedly lied about the reason for a sudden increase in this pricing, refused point blank to provide an invoice, refused to listen to any concerns I had and effectively refused to discuss anything until I threatened to seek legal advice. Only then did I receive a phone call. This person was unable give any reason or address any of my concerns, and could not tell me why I was unable to have any sort of invoice. They also lied that the landlord had contacted me when he had not. Even after agreeing to pay these (illegal) cleaning fees just so I could be done with the whole situation it still took a further email and telephone call to have my money returned. Absolute joke of an agency. Avoid at all costs. If you do happen to rent with them take photographs of everything because they will use any excuse under the sun to keep your money.
