FacebookWe are having huge problem with anti social behaviour from some of their tenants in our buidling and they dont respond when we try to resolve it. They ignored our requests to find approproate tenants and now we have discourse in the building. They lead us to believe they were listening to us and they didnt, then blamed the owners rather than accepting responsibility for thier actions.

FacebookRecently had a property made available after the tenant moved out, less than three weeks and the team at Sure had it turned around, checks done, tenants organised and already rented. Would highly recommend these guys whether a one time landlord or if you have a portfolio, very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. If your letting agents not doing the above, perhaps it’s time to switch?!
Agent replied

FacebookI’ve had many experience with letting agents but Surelet Gloucester has been absolutely top notch! Even with the pandemic, their service has been of great quality. Especially with agent Tara, she has been an absolute gem with helping you with anything and answering all questions.

GoogleSurelet have been looking after our properties for about 4 years now. Rob & Tom have always found us really good tenants, both Students and Company lets. Melanie manages the properties day to day and is just excellent. Always deals with anything required immediately and without any fuss. We do feel really well looked after by everyone there and they make our lives very simple.

GoogleWould avoid, very painful to agency at the beginning going through 'good lord' or whatever, so much extra stuff needed when it was not necessary. Throughout tenancy they have been delayed with help, only answering problems a couple days a week with then the problems getting sorted weeks after or if there was mould to just open a window. WOULD AVOID
Agent replied
Sorry you felt the Goodlord process was painful. The increased government legislations have meant this process needs to be more in depth now but we will pass your comments onto Goodlord, direct. Regards to your other points if you could call the office on 01452310999 and ask for a manager we will happily discuss these issues with you and sorry your experience so far has not been positive.

FacebookHaving recently moved into a new property, I can honestly say, Tom Smith and Sarah Fisher have been so unbelievably helpful and efficient. The easiest moving process I’ve ever had, and most certainly took the stress out of moving for me. I cannot recommend them and the rest of the team any higher. ♥️🏡
