The team at Sure have looked after my property for a number of years now following a tenancy move where my agents at the time weren’t proactive to replace tenants. Jemma of Sure, assured me this wouldn’t be the case if I placed my trust in them and she want wrong. Since then Rob, Tom and a few other members have the team have kept the property occupied and dealt with the nuances that come with being a landlord. 100% impressed with Sure, we work with them professionally too now due to their standards, if you’re a landlord, give them a bell. You won’t be disappointed.

I called to ask about one of their listed properties, when I asked about said property they told me the landlord doesn't accept children. Your advertisment online doesn't say say so because it will get removed because it is discriminatory. You are implicitly promoting discrimination by listing that property and when confronted I was told they will tell the landlord. They did not even follow up and offer something else or ask if I'd be interested in any other properties. Solid 1/5 from me.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Awful awful awful would not rent any house from this company in a million years extremley rude, find any given way to get your money more "fees" ever known to mankind! If i could give 0 stars i would! Had to chase for things to be done always got told we should hear by end of day every single time this company makes my blood boil! Incovenient inspections i understand the landlord or lady wants the property to be in good shape but after the 5th inspection and every single one saying its the best condition they have seen the house in why on earth do they have to continue to inspect so often?!!!!

My first experience of letting agents so I don't have a great deal to compare with. On the positive, the service is always efficient and polite. I am always paid on time and the inspections carried out seem to be thorough - if not exactly to my standards. (After one client left, the inspection was deemed as 'good' but my family and I had to 'gut' the house before allowing it to be let again - it was filthy and I changed the carpets and had it painted throughout!). On the negative side, I often have to chase up to get any answers (am an absentee landlord living a good 3 hours from the property) and I have experienced some issues due to important post not being directed to me within a timely manner - something that could have been picked up at an inspection and would have saved me a lot of expense and hassle! Overall, it's okay - better standards of inspection and a bit more communication would move it to a good service.

From a landlords perspective I have found them easy, friendly and straight forward to deal with. If tenants have had a problem Steph has always alerted me swiftly and helped arrange tradesmen if needed. Emails always get answered quickly and when tenants notified them of moving out they immediately arranged viewing and had new tenants lined up quicker than I thought was possible. I have had one moving out inventory that I don't believe was as thorough as it could have been but the main issues were highlighted-- so overall really satisfied.

My experience with SureLet so far has been excellent. Very responsive and the whole application process has been quick and efficient. Any issues or queries that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and very informatively. It has been good to have a single point of contact with the organisation that we have been able to communicate with regularly and keep up to date with out application. Hopefully the excellent service continues into our tenancy when we move in in a months time.

I was recommended to sure let by my solicitors Tayntons. What a fantastic service sure let offer at great rates. Tom came to view my property and and had it advertised online within a few days. A tenant was found 2 days into advertising and they were moved in with zero stress.
