FacebookTo start with I was very happy. Minute I moved in and pay all money they wasn't interested. Been waiting over a week now for information to move out. It's that bad with this company I'm ending my tenancy early!! Never going to this company again!

GoogleAbsolutely wonderful customer service, me and my partner needed a property super fast as we are due our little boy in 3.5 weeks. They not only went above and beyond but they found us a beautiful 2 bed apartment in a gated community but also got it for us well under budget. And have had carpets changed! Very happy with the service provided by sure lettings amazing company and staff...!!!

FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful my daughter hasn’t had hot water for near on 4 weeks . Just being fobbed off with excuses . The problem could of been sorted within two to three days at the most
We have the directors looking into the issue and will update the tenants as soon as we can

They found good quality tenants for me very quickly, took care of absolutely everything for me and dealt with me and the tenants in a thorough and very professional way. Any queries were dealt with quickly and the whole team were really helpful and friendly. I’d have no hesitation using them again or recommending to friends.
