GoogleWe decided to lease the property and not sell and wasn't sure whether we could get the rent we needed, but Harry at Move was calm quick and had some tenants lined up so we could review who would be best suited. Everything was smooth, our house is let and we will use Harry next time!!!!

GoogleIf I could give Move Estate Agents zero stars, I would. The house was practically unliveable, and their handling of serious issues was beyond unprofessional. Before moving in, we pointed out damp in the property and were promised it would be properly treated. We specifically asked them not to just paint over it, they agreed, but that’s exactly what they did. My housemate reported a leak in her ceiling multiple times and was repeatedly ignored until it finally caved in, destroying a lot of her belongings. My own window was also broken and wouldn’t close during winter. I told them I was constantly getting sick, but they still took ages to fix it and never treated it as urgent. We were all ill throughout the year due to the poor living conditions. On top of that, they constantly messed up rent payments, confusing who had paid and when. The overall experience was incredibly stressful, something no student should have to deal with, especially during their final year. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleHarry Welsby is the absolute best! He was so helpful and did so much to ensure I had my unit within the agreed date. He guided me every step, sent me very polite reminders and always responded to my queries. I would highly recommend Move Sales and lettings and even more Harry.

GoogleEvan went over and above to get my elderly mum a lovely 1 bed house to rent! The viewing was relaxed and he was very thorough in showing us the house. When he called to say we had got it we were thrilled and he made sure all the paperwork was turned around in just a week! Super service from stat to finish, thanks Evan and the Move team, your are simply brilliant!

GoogleMy biggest thanks to Harry and all those in the office who made the entire ‘renting’ experience smooth sailing throughout the process of me finding a place to rent, through the paperwork all the way to securing the tenancy and final contract whilst keeping constant communication from start to finish. Although I was expecting the process to be stressful, it really wasn’t! I was well guided and the Team were quick to answer any emails/questions.

They urgently needed to find accommodation following the flooding of their home in a recent storm. Ellie has been fantastic!! Highly recommended. They are now looking forward to moving into the rental property in time to welcome their first baby in 4 weeks. Five stars isn’t enough!!!

Harry and Katie were superb with arranging everything and keeping us informed of developments each step of the way. Having dealt with numerous rental agencies in the past, it is fair to say that Move are the best we have encountered! Highly recommended!

GoogleAs with most people I was quite specific with the type of house I was looking for and was dealing with other agents who failed to show me properties that matched my brief. Dan managed to find the perfect property on his 1st attempt witch made me wish I had gone to them in the first place. Always answered my phone calls, very professional and they always kept me updated. They say that the experience of buying a house can be very difficult and frustrating but with move it was an absolute pleasure. Myself and my partner are now starting a new life in a house together after living apart for 15 years, a huge thanks goes out to this great guy who sold my house in quedgeley ‘ literally ‘ overnight, and was there every step of the way afterwards to help with the usual complications, he’s a credit to his profession and a really nice chap too who cares about his customers needs. They say good old fashioned customer service died off years ago but Warren provides this and keeps those important values alive today. GoogleWarren and everyone at move was always on hand to answer phone calls and emails and were very responsive with questions we have asked. As first time buyers we were very unsure about the process but we were talked through at different stages what was happening. Warren was on hand to help with his personal number incase we couldn’t contact him at the office. He was even happy to let us look round our property lots of times and ask lots of questions.This made us feel at ease for such a big purchase. GoogleNot much to say about Move except they are the best estate agent I have ever used and would recommend them to anyone looking to move home. From day one when we engaged them to sell our home, both Simon and Warren were attentive and professional and spelled out very clearly the process and what was to follow. This built great confidency as I trusted the to do the best by me and six days later we had an offer accepted on our home. Their aftercare was exception also whilst they managed the relationship wioth our buyers and kept everyone informed and on the same page which made the whole expereince much less stressful. This wasn’t a conventional run of the mill sale and it was a difficult and emotional decision for me. I don’t think any other company out there would have listened (without judgement) and made sure my wishes and concerns were considered ensuring that the right thing is is done for both sets of clients. I know it’s your business but for me it’s everything so a massive thank you for your patience, your professionalism, understanding and sheer determination to to conclude the sale. GoogleWe met up with Warren, on the recommendation of our builders Sales Manager, Sam. To our good fortune, he and Warren are close friends and . this proved to be significant as we moved though the process of selling our home, and buying a brand new house. There were six viewers on the first day. Four made offers, all at the maximum price offered. We needed an early exchange date,, but a delayed completion, as our new house would not be ready until mid-June 2022. One buyer came forward, and our home was sold. The exchange took a long time, mainly due to the buyers solicitors' inaction at the start of proceedings. Mid February we were at an impasse because the buyer, through his solicitor, could not agree a completion date. At the last moment, Warren and I took matters into our own hands. I offered an earlier date, Warren passed it to the buyer directly by phone. His client agreed, and within 48 hours we had exchanged contracts. We are aware also, that the kindness, understanding, and patience shown by our builder was certainly, in large part, due to the relationship between both our agent, Warren, and the builders Sales Manager, Sam. So many thanks to them both.

Both handled our questions promptly and professionally and kept us up to date and reassured throughout the process. A mention for Daniel and Harry who carried out the majority of viewings for our property in a friendly and professional manner. To summarise we would not hesitate in recommending Move to any potential sellers or buyers, a job well done!.

Both are great to work with, always really happy to help and answer questions that, quite honestly, they sometimes don't need to! Now have tenants ready to move into our HMO and are looking forward to continued great service. Special thanks to Carmen for even helping and advising during renovation prior to placing tenants, and cheers to Harry for great communication since taking over 👊🏼
