GoogleHonestly deserves 0 stars, they have made the process of letting unnecessarily long and tiresome. Didn’t change the details I requested in my contract and acted obtuse when I was made aware. Has been a terrible experience talking to multiple staff members in the Gloucester team who aren’t in agreement on their own company policies. Would strongly not recommend.

Througout this time Harry Welsby has been friendly helpful and efficient ...an absolute star in fact. Void periods have been been kept extremely low and the whole process of managing the properties has become much less of a hassel.

GoogleI rent my Cottage through Move Lettings and I must say it’s the smoothest tenancy I have had in my 20 years of renting. I recently requested the heaters be looked at in my property and the maintenance team through property manager Nick Budgen, who sent their electrician straight away. Now the heaters are repaired and two are being replaced imminently. Great to have such a professional and quick response. Thank you Move

GoogleMy house sale was frustratingly difficult - Move were great particularly Ailsa in the sales chasing team. She was very proactive and excellent at chasing down the (very laid back) other side. it was a huge relief to get the sale completed and I can only say thank you Move! Highly recommended to any vendors.

FacebookI cannot thank Move in Cheltenham for all that they did during our purchase. Chloe & Joe and all of the team that helped were absolutely brilliant. Always hounding the required people to get the job done which made our lives so much easier. We are that happy with the service we received that olivia of the lettings part of move estate agents will be having the property back from us once our renovations are complete. We can’t wait to work with you all and everyone else who was part of the process again in the future :-)
