Prior to my first viewing, Warren checked in to make sure everything was ok for my first appointment - very friendly and professional. When we were at the house, he was very knowledgable and equally as friendly and professional. He gave me time to look around without any pressure and allowed me to go at my own pace. He was informative and preempted many of my questions. As I am still progressing through the process he continues to be informative, keeps me updated at every step and continues to be brilliant.
