From the very first and to the last day of my interaction with Move Sales & Lettings it made an impression of not just a company with professional people, performing their job well, but were so warm and supportive as if you was a part of their big family. Harry, who was the first 'face' of the agency I had a chance to meet, represented it and the property brilliantly, provided me with strong feeling of a marvellous caring approach as well as with a hope on a good interaction with the Agency in future. That found its confirmation many times later, when I faced with technical problems and asked for quick assistance. Thank you both Nick and Harry so much for that! And Ellie was so amazingly warm and helpful as if she was your Mom or Granny and delivered this special spirit to every corner of the office, even when she was just sitting and silent! Only a presence of this girl made every your contact with Move unforgetable, relaxed and positive! And Evan obviously started "inheriting' this feature and performed very well when communicated with me and the other tenants! And, of course, my special thank you to Nick, who did all the hard work when was trying to solve the most complex issues! All you, guys, are real professionals and I wish you the best of luck in all your efforts to make the place you work in not only competitive (which it obviously is!), but a real well-knit home for you and for your clients!

Having sold and bought through move a number of years ago, it made sense we used them again this time. Rebecca came to see us and value our property and then on was our main point of contact. She was always swift and attentive in response to anything we needed to discuss. Another success story for Rebecca and the MOVE team. Moving is one of the most stressful things that any of us can do in a lifetime. Tie this in with having two disabilities and an illness, a limited time frame and a million and one questions and you have a recipe for an incredibly stressful disaster. Fortunately, for this relocation, I should never have been worried. Move made everything incredibly easy and helped set my mind at rest throughout the entire process. From the outset, their senior Lettings negotiator Harry Welsby took me around the properties I had enquired about and when they weren’t right showed me others that might better meet my requirements. Knowledgeable, professional and kindhearted given my limitations and predicament, he was more than happy to answer and questions that I had about the flats we viewed. His helpfulness didn’t stop there, throughout the referencing process he was quick to chase up completion on my behalf to the third parties we awaited information from, explain things I didn’t understand clearly and concisely for me and showed great after sales care in making sure the move went smoothly when I had finally moved in. A special mention also goes to Lettings Manager Ellie Ferris who was always on hand in Harry’s absence from the office to answer questions and the entire team always seemed genuinely excited and compassionate with me as we approached the move. Very professional and friendly team that I would highly recommend.

Do not trust that you will actually have your property until after you move in!! We will never use Move lettings again! A week before our move in date we receive a call telling us the landlord’s circumstances have changed and he will need the property back after 4 months, everything signed, paid for, notices given on current properties and they seemed to think it reasonable we move with our son in to this now temporary accommodation. When we discussed that if we were to move into the property we would need some sort of compensation for the emotional and financial cost this has and will cause us they went on the defence of the landlord straightaway and thought it was ok firstly this has happened and while yes I get it is the landlords property that if we were to pull out of a signed 12 month tenancy we would of had to pay costs and could even have been taken to court for the loss of rent. After a very stressful 24 hours of tears from all including my son who was looking forward to moving back near his friends and after speaking to other agents who couldn’t believe this was happening to us and that Move would even let a landlord’s property out when the landlord did not have stable accommodation of his own we decided the stress was too much and the thought of living with that stress for 4 months knowing we would have been homeless if we didn’t find anything in the meantime we had little choice but to withdraw from the property (I believe the intention was to make this happen anyway). We spoke to our current landlords who both had far more care about us being homeless in the situation and rescinded our notices. There has been costs occurred that we cannot recover and when we asked for our money back they said it would take 5 working days, luckily they obviously have a more caring accounts department as our monies were returned by the end of that day. If you chose Move as a tenant don’t trust that you will actually move into the property until you are there and if something goes wrong they will not defend or protect you in anyway. We have never been through anything this stressful (and we’ve both been through a lot in life) and Move did not support us in any way.

I contacted Move yesterday to enquire about a property to let, unfortunately I don't quite meet the age restriction ergo I am unable to apply for it just yet. However Harry was very kind and helpful and promised to call me back regarding a question I had about the property. When i was frantically searching for a house, i got Move Sales and Lettings contact and I contacted them with regards to my looking for a place for rentals. I couldn’t make it just in-time for the date i chose for the viewing and i called them just to inform them i will be running late,the person who picked wasnt that understanding,i was sad and felt i’d just wasted my time coming all the way from cardiff, i decided to call again and this time around Ellie picked up,she told me it is fine that she will show me the properties and we arranged the time for that same day! I was soo happy and she was the most understanding and sweetest agent i’d ever met. And the rest was history from then onward. Ellie was super nice,quite detailed, straightforward and loving. I got the apartment and she sent me all necessary documents and followed up with my securing the apartment to the end,she showed me around and practically gave me a tour around the city center,telling me the name of the places and what to expect. She kept to her promise of the places that will be fixed in the house and compound unlike some agents who will promise and never do so. I've worked with Move numerous times over the last couple years across their lettings, sales and maintenance teams and can only say good things. I've worked with multiple people across the business and always found them to polite, knowledgable, transparent and always working with a sense of urgency which has helped us develop a strong working relationship. Rachel has made a huge difference in maintenance since I've worked with her and it's made everyone's life easier. Harry will always be a go to call for me anything property after a great experience with him letting a HMO conversion we completed. I've also worked with George more recently and found him to be very approachable and very fair/compassionate when things didn't quite go to plan which I think is reflected across the teams attitude day to day and how they've helped overcome problems when they arise.

We were letting a property in Gloucester and decided to use Move. After our Initial email to them we were contacted very quickly by Ellie. The whole process was then conducted by Ellie who explained all of our options and the various services and costs for each. It was very refreshing that there was no hard pitch to get us to sign up immediately even though after just half an hour going through everything, we both decided that Move were the ones we were going to use. The property was on the market within a week and viewings happened within a few days. All the prospective tenants that made offers were shown to us and with Ellies help we decided on the tenant that we felt best suited the property and our needs. All in all, a first-class service and can cannot recommend Ellie and Move enough. We started the process less than three weeks ago and the tenants moved in Yesterday so well-done Move.

When I started looking at houses to buy, I always thought that MOVE sales and lettings have exceptional choices of properties. When our offer was finally accepted, I was happy that it was with this company. I would highly recommend them, especially Chloe, who is the manager for compliance of property, for doing a job well done! She ensures that the target date of both the seller and buyer is achieved and keeps you updated on the progress of the sale. She goes above and beyond and makes sure she replies to your queries.
