GoogleGreat Service, especially from Holly Fritchley! I feel she went out of her way to resolve every issue that came up. She definitely took the stress off me and onto herself, which i am very grateful for. :) Lovely bunch of ladies but It has only been Holly I have any dealings with so far, so if the rest of the team are as lovely as Holly, that's definitely a good sign. :) Thanks Holly!!

GoogleHard to exactly rate this service as I didn't get any! I rang the lettings department several times to enquire about a flat I'd seen advertised - every time it went to answerphone. Eventually I called the sales department instead in an attempt to speak to a human being. This time I got through to somebody who told me they were driving but they would get someone to call me back. This didn't happen. The following morning I called the lettings department again and left my name and number on the answerphone, asking them to call me back as soon as possible. This never happened either. It's now three weeks later, I am happily settled into a different flat with a different lettings agency, and the original CGT property is still unlet. I have also had a conversation with one of my new neighbours who confided that they have had many problems with CGT in the past as well; apparently they are not interested in sorting out any problems with their tenants as long as they have somebody in their properties paying rent. So unfortunately I certainly can't recommend this company based on my experience and I will steer others away too.

We have had a very good experience with Tewkesbury CGT lettings. Beckie Cook especially was wonderful and helped us find a perfect home. It hasn’t been easy as a young couple moving a few hours away but the team have made it an easy as can be move. I couldn’t be more happy with this team! Thank you guys 💖

TrustpilotIncompetent whilst arranging a viewing for a property for sale
i'm a portfolio landlord and enquired about a rental property CGT Lettings have for sale.I arranged a viewing and requested some additional information about the property for which I was promised a callback. No surprise to hear that there was no callback with any additional information.I didn't bother chasing and thought I would ask the questions during the viewing, only for the viewing to be cancelled 10 minutes before the start time via email! Baring in mind I was waiting outside the property when I received the email as like any normal sensible person I left with plenty of time to ensure I wasn't late. The reason for the cancellation is they didn't have the keys as they weren't provided by the other agent, though I can't find any online evidence of dual marketing. Despite not being provided the keys, you'd think they would call me the day before to rearrange or actually collect the keys from the other agent beforehand as they've had the best part of a week from initial enquiry to viewing.If this is the competency level at this early stage, I'm not going to bother pursuing the property so I'm going to look for others with estate agents that can actually competently do their job.

Lie,ing scum bags. They rent out properties that are unfit for purpose. I've had the radiator fall of the wall. Gas mains are illegaly placed 2ft from my cooker. I've had no shower for 3 months. Leaking water pipes. 30mm gaps under 2 fire doors. Faulty co2 detectors. I replaced the lock that was hanging of the door. Gave them new keys, they have lost them and been demanding new one ever since. They ate now evicting me because I refuse to supply them until they tell who has the keys iv supplied them all ready. I don't feel safe knowing someone has keys to my property and they don't no who. Stay well clear of these clowns.
