The worst experience I have ever had in my life, your deposit got deducted and I still don't have the receipt for what I paid for they sent me one receipt for £60 from £700 and now I'm going to get advise from citizens advise burue, I felt like I was robbed . The house has mould and they sent a person from the loans lord that said that we need to keep the windows open for 5-6 hours a day in winter , I hope I never see them again in my life . Would not do anything to fix the house and they keep saying it's tha landlord fault but I pay and rented the property from Tay letting .like I said if you pay for something you have got the right to get receipts

Tay Lettings act on my behalf as a landlord and I have been hugely impressed with them. Without exception, my interactions with Tay Lettings have been a fabulously positive experience. I have been so impressed with the professionalism of everyone in the the business. Over the last few months particularly, I have had a lot of interaction with Tay across a number of different teams or functions, and it is very clear the professionalism extends across the entire breadth of my interactions with the business. I regularly correspond with Malcolm Packard, Meaghan Shanks, Louise Douglas, Toni Cochrane, Yasmin Chau and Meghan Cairney and they have all been absolutely superb. They are all brilliantly responsive and utterly professional. At all times, they deliver exactly what they have said they will do and everything is done with expertise, skill and swiftness. They are fantastic ambassadors for Tay Lettings and they should all be very proud of the customer experience model they have created. It really is excellent. From my perspective as a landlord, their communication model is absolutely brilliant. All routine comms are prompt, informative, clear and comprehensive. They make it perfectly apparent where and when any action is required on my part. I have experienced a number of different agents over the years and Tay really are the best by some margin in my opinion.

Very professional team and nice staff. I just moved to Glasgow and had no idea how the renting is like here. But I got a lovely place and I really like it. All the procedures went well especially, with the great help from Carly Smith. She is very kind with good communication. I stayed for almost 2 years in a property that I rented through Tay Letting. I have nothing to complain about as during my vacant at the property, they always respond to me quickly when I have an issue related to the property. At the end of my tenancy, the process is also uncomplicated. Especially I received great help from Toni Cochrane, the End of Tenancy Property Manager during the process until the end of the process related to documents and returning my deposit. Tayletting have been great to work with throughout our tenancy. When there was an issue, there was a response and a resolution, and typically fairly quickly. While there were a few issues, as there always are with renting, whether directly within Tayletting's control or not, they were eventually resolved by the company and made staying at the flat a pleasure. The company are very communicative and efficient and it has made the last couple of years much simpler, particularly throughout the pandemic.

The best experience I've ever had with a letting agency! Myself and my flatmate rented a flat with Tay Letting for 9 months last year and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. The experience with Tay has been fantastic. We have successfully moved into a property and we’re delighted with how easy the process was. Tay are professional and make the process simple for you. This was our first time letting so we had many questions but everything was explained clearly. Do not go here - particularly if you want your asset looked after. ** In response to the response (!) we have discussed this to death without resolution and I was not surprised to be informed that Tay Letting is no longer.

Aaron really went above and beyond to ensure I could move in quickly by sending through paperwork quickly, keeping communication to let me know the progress and re-scheduling my move in time to earlier in the day to accommodate another appointment.
