GoogleI’ve used a few letting agents over the past ten years, my most recent was with Tay Letting and the service I received from Sam was second to none. Couldn’t ask for any more, always kept appraised of dates/times etc - I would highly recommend

GoogleI’m a contractor who works closely with the property managers in dealing with tenant requests and maintenance etc, in particular , property manager Sam Wigham. He’s always able to provide us with the details we require to get the jobs he sends done quickly. More importantly he does legwork with regards to tenants and landlords so that we, as contractors, can concentrate on what we need to do. It’s ashame that he’s moving onto another company as he’s made working with Tay a breeze! Cheers! Sandy

GoogleGreat and professional service! I can't believe I'm writing a positive review for a lettings agency, but here we are! I went to quite a few viewings recently, looking for a flat to rent in Glasgow. The ones by Tay letting were the best organised, and all the flats matched the descriptions really well. Good communication throughout, and everting was running smoothly. I ended up renting from somewhere else, but this was just because the flat was slightly better than what Tay had. But I still wanted to write a review, as they honestly stood out (I had some really quite terrible experiences as well with other companies). Next time I rent, I'll definitely look up Tay again!

They have been extremely helpful with any issues and not hesitated to help sort them out as fast as possible. I have been dealing with Sam Wigham on Fixflo with any issues noticed after moving in and he has had them sorted very quickly - my bed actually broke recently and he sorted this out getting a new one to me within the day. Can’t recommend enough have been great especially compared with previous letting agents I’ve rented from.
