My experience of Tay Letting, and particularly my contact there, Sam Wigham, has been entirely positive. As a landlord, the agency has been changed hands many many times, but Tay has proved the most efficient by quite a long way. Sam has been a delight to deal with, extremely organised, responded immediately to my various reasonable and not so reasonable demands and been extremely good at keeping costs down. I should also say, from talking to my various tenants over the years, that they seem to be a pretty good agency for tenants too. Everybody’s happy which is not always the case.
