We got a unit/workspace from Covault in August and have had nothing but problems.We have a 600+ sqft unit which is now unfit for the purpose we got it for. We had a small amount of water ingress which we highlighted straight away and was told that there was a maintenance backlog and they would get someone to fix it asap.We came into a severe leak weeks ago, no out of hours maintenance help, 100+ litres of water getting in with no way of getting it fixed. This was after they said the initial small leak had been fixed earlier in the week. Told it would get sorted in the morning. That was the 1st of December. The leak is still ongoing as they are well aware of. We have been getting fobbed off, told it’s getting fixed, that someone had been out to fix it (which was false). We escalated to the regional manager, Derek, and still nothing had been done. We have requested to speak to those higher up and again, we have been getting avoided. We now have damaged property which they know about… which is continuing to be damaged because of the ongoing leak. Our unit is still flooded. We have been getting fobbed off left, right and centre with no means of getting it fixed. £800 per month for a swimming pool we didn’t agree to. So now we are left with no choice but to post about this publicly because the repairs will now be further delayed due to the Christmas holidays. We want contact with the Managing Director now as this is unacceptable.

Dear Sir/Madam,I am a customer at the Fort Saskatchewan, Sentinel Storge location. I rent a unit to store my 1963 Classic Car.I had gone in to book a unit and was greeted warmly by two of your staff, Marie (who has been with you for a while I believe), and a new hire, Olena.I was immediately impressed by the fact that training a new employee was going on at that time, with a young lady with a lovely young lady who spoke with an accent. I didn't mean to be nosey, but I enquired as to what Olena's accent was. I firstly need to say, how wonderful to have a newcomer from Ukraine/Poland or Romania, I forget which exactly, but given what is going on in the Ukraine, it is a pleasure to know she is here now, working in our City, lucky us and thank you Sentinel for hiring her - she is warm, professional and caring. Now for her trainer Marie: I was able to observe her training technique, and must say, she excels. Marie was patient, professional and gave direction and assistance when needed to Olena. You have two excellent employees', which is fortunate for any business nowadays given that customer service, and a healthy and friendly workplace is indeed paramount.To add: Marie called me back mentioning that a unit came available, which was not at first when I attended. I needed 1 unit or possibly 2 so they gave me 1 unit and provisionally reserved the adjacent one until I was sure what was required, as it turned out I did need both units as I was moving my mother from Northern Ireland to Scotland. I have been using the storage space for about 7 months now. The main reason for choosing this company was a phone call to Jordan who was able to identify our needs and recomend the type of storage we needed. We were also able to visit and view the storage space before making our decision. I like the idea of being able to enter our storage whenever we wanted. They also have trollies available to help you with moving your items. This is not available at other units. I would recomend this company to others.
