I dealt with Jill at dundee and she could not have been more helpful. I kept huffing and puffing about what i wanted and she gave quotes for all my enquiries. She showed me the units I was interested in and eventually when i made my mind up she explained the process of securing the required unit. All necessary documentation was done mostly online. I enquired in the morning and by end day i had my unit. Very friendly, professional and efficient

Rented 1 large unit and service was very speedy and staff very helpful. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Units nice and secure with padlocks and digital coded access specific to each customer. Access also available out of hours, (good lighting at night).Had to rent another additional unit at short notice and staff ensured this went through on time.Think I may have dealt with all 3 staff at Kilmarnock (definitely Donna and Deborah), some of the best service I have ever had, with staff being super helpful, efficient and pleasant at all times.

All in all a positive experience My point of contact at East Kilbride Carla Meas was exceptional Her Customer service and attention to detail was superb Making the move from Spain to Scotland was logistically difficult but Carla kept me involved every step of the way My goods were with them around 5 weeks and the cardboard boxes had deteriorated somewhat in that time I assume due to the cold Scottish temperatures !! Would definitely use again and no hesitation in recommending to others

Clean and modern storage.Easy to deal with and access. Staff at Bishopbriggs were all very pleasant whenever I spoke to them.There was a bit of a price increase out the blue so that made me move out the unit sharpish. I probably would have had it least another year but thought the price hike was a bit cheeky.However that’s not the staff who make these decisions so a didn’t think it would have been fair to mark the score down for that so I’ve given it 5 stars.

I had to rent storage due a flood at my house, when i came in i was so stressed and upset and just minutes in the door speaking to the girls i was totally cheered up and left feeling brilliant even though my house was under water ha! Donna is so lovely and helpful and she is a total assest to the company! Dont ever let her go! I couldn’t remember the other girls name but she is my hero! After my phone dieing while i was between the doors and couldn’t remember my pin, she came to my rescue and we had a good laugh about this! Before when i had storage it was so much hassle and the staff were so rude and only cared about selling you extra things but the girls at this storage unit were so helpful and i found myself wanting to buy things just because how nice they were!

Excellent customer service from Jade Leonard with the registration and instructions. When we arrived at the Dundee location to put our “house” into storage the unit that was selected for us was padlocked and we were unable to gain entry. After a stressful few minutes we eventually got through to Ashleigh Thompson who located an alternative unit just a few steps away from where were. Accidents happen that are beyond our control but the way it was managed was very reassuring that we had made the right choice by going with Storage Vault! Access was very easy as well as secure. We used all 3 trolleys to begin with, if it was busy at one time, it may be useful to have more. I also think there should be an emergency telephone number displayed as it took us several numbers until we finally got an answer.
