I have never used storage before, however Deborah Jack made life so easy and got me out of a really tricky spot. Deborah and Jordan at the Paisley branch are so polite and helpful and their customer service is fantastic. If I ever had to use storage again it would definitely be here and I would definitely recommend others use it too. Not a great experience at all. Rang up on a general enquiry, their selling technique was very pressurised. Then went to view the site the next day and no one was there or contactable in a timely manner. Rang them three times for different people each time who couldn't answer my questions. Eventually left it with them saying they'd call me back and they never did. From what I could see of the site they didn't have any internal storage which is what Is been asking for since the beginning. Just an awful waste of time.

We were looking to store items from our home in preparation for our upcoming house move. We had previously used outdoor container sites and wanted something clean and secure. The service from Stefinie was excellent. She was clear about what we needed and was not encouraging us to pay for larger containers based on our needs. Also informed me of requirements for the storage unit with no obligation or pressure to buy the company’s. (Although I did buy a padlock and used their insurance as I was very impressed with the quality and ease of it all). She showed me around and the site is so clean and feels so secure compared to other storage facilities in the area. She was also very patient with me as I had my two boys with me who were a little over excited! Very reasonably priced with a great offer on at the moment. Even without the offer I think the money is worthwhile to have our items stored in such a well looked after facility! Very pleased with our experience so far. Thank you!

However, when I tried to open the roller shutter door to access the unit, I couldn't get it open more than a couple of feet. I tried two more next to it, which I knew were available, and couldn't get them open either.

We’re sorry you experienced difficulty with the roller shutter doors. All doors are checked on a weekly maintenance schedule, and they are designed with two lifting handles to assist with operation, but we do take your comments on board and will continue to monitor and review ease of use.

Originally enquired about storage space at Motherwell and within a few weeks I got a call back to say a unit was available. Originally spoke to Miriam on my first visit and then dealt with Stefini when I went back and she sorted all the paperwork and arrangements. I found both members of staff to be welcoming, friendly, efficient and professional and they were also happy to answer any questions and queries I had. Its nice to be greeted with a smile when you first walk into the reception area. I’ve got this storage longterm so if any issues pop up then I’m more than comfortable to deal with both of the girls. This is the second time that I have used the Storage Vault, Coatbridge and when I enquired how much a unit would be Miriam got in touch. I told her when I wanted the unit and hopefully would only need it for a month. Unfortunately I had to postpone when I needed the unit for and Miriam said to let them know when I would need it and they would hopefully be of help which they were. Cara was very helpful whenever I went into the office.

All done within 24 hour of the initial enquiry, very professional and efficient.
Everything during the removal went to plan from agreeing the contract to receiving secure access codes to enter the facility.
The space provided is more than adequate for our purposes and feels safe and very clean.

I had to take out a small storage recently due to family moves and circumstances.I have before… a few years ago had to do the same. The experience was totally different! The setup was swift, stress free and easy with help from Deborah Alison and Jordan. All were so helpful on the phone and had shown me they had communicated well with each other as I spoke to them on different days. My daughter who helped me move items to the unit was so impressed. She said it was safe.. on the ground level.. secure and even had trolleys to help you move items more with ease…. Which was a relief to us. We were very very impressed and happy with our decision to store at a time when we needed that help.

This is a top notch storage facility in East Kilbride. Let’s be clear it’s not the cheapest but then again the cheapest wouldn’t be top notch. I stored a mixture of delicate furnishings, paintings and electrical goods and after 14+ months I have no damage whatsoever. The facility was always well lit, adequately heated and immaculately clean and tidy anytime I visited. One last point, the staff were always helpful from the sale’s experience to the closing of the account and everything in between. Thanks to Carla and Stefini an others I spoke to. Won’t hesitate to use facility again when required.
