Clean and tidy facility with great, easy access. Unit was well lit and bone dry.Staff that I communicated with were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries which I had. Ultimately, I was dealing with Rachel and email responses were both swift and unambiguous. Overall, a really good facility and experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the Cambuslang facility again and would definitely recommend.

What a great place to store your goods.Staff friendly and very helpful. Place is kept clean, well lit and units signposted well. The only thing which I think could be improved is the number of trolleys available. There are not enough if a few people are moving things in or out of the unit but that doesn't distract from the safety of storage your items.

The cancellation notice period and applicable terms were provided within the Licence Agreement, which was accepted when your storage agreement commenced.
The charges applied are not a cancellation fee; they represent the rental charges due during the agreed notice period and are calculated on a prorated basis.
Had our team been contacted before cancellation was requested, we would have been happy to explain the process and confirm any amounts due. Our team remains available through our website, App, and contact centre should customers require assistance.
