GoogleA great place to store, centrally located, amazing staff and very good costumer service. I was moving house from Manchester to Glasgow and just two days before land lord sold the property. On a very short notice, Lisa Walker went out of the way to help and organise a storage unit for me. Would highly recommend.

A Really Big Thank you to The Paisley Team: Donna & Niall :) My Mrs, Our Boys & I are moving home in late Feb early March & We needed a Storage Unit in order to keep / store Personal & House Hold Belongings so when We move home there is a lot less to actually move on the moving day !!, Naill & Donna couldn't have been Nicer by offering Helpful Wise advice & giving My Mrs & I the choice of what size unit was best for Us !! We have rented a 50.0sqft for 2 Months & at the rate of half price for the first 2 Months & the Ins Cover was a Bargin too.Again Thank youFrom Rob & Laura

After being let down by another storage company the day before moving from Cardiff to Glasgow I was in a pretty stressful situation. Cara from Storagevault went out of her way to get me a unit that suited my needs and was really affordable at such short notice.I couldn't recommend them and particularly Cara any higher and would definitely use them again in future should I ever need to.

GoogleI have used other storage companies in the past but I have received the best service from Storage Vault by far. The cost is very competitive and the facilities are great. Alex and Lisa were always very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend using Storage Vault. .

All the staff I interacted with were great, pleasant, helpful and professional. However there seemed to be a few glitches with the systems. It was only during a phone call that it emerged that my change to a day early had not processed properly. My invoice didn’t show the 50% discount for the first 2 months that I agreed to. Then it said I had booked a 25 sq ft unit when it was supposed to be 35. Then I got an email giving me a different unit number! Luckily the staff were able to sort all these things out, but I was stressed enough at moving without all this confusion! Also there was no mention that I needed to provide my own padlock. Luckily I had brought one just in case. I will use you again as it’s a handy location, and the units are clean, secure and feel safe to walk around, compared to others I have used previously

We have cross checked your account and your reservation confirmation has the 50% offer attached to it which is what we send out confirming the price but I can see your reminder email was missing the discount so I can understand where the confusion was with this and thank you for notifying us of this we will ensure this does not happen to anyone else.The move in confirmation I can see pulled through the 25sqft unit which you originally enquired about but the system had attached you to the correct size of 35sqft so again I can only apologise that this was not cross checked before sending the correspondence.In regards to the padlock this is something that should have been discussed with you for move in as we don't provide these for extra security so its only the customer who can access their own unit and again thank you for taking the time to advise us on this we will ensure we take on board your feedback to avoid this from happening again.Thank you for choosing to store with us, we wish you all the best with the move and if you need anything else during your stay please let us know and we will be happy to assist.From Deborah, Donna & Alison team Paisley.
