Had the pleasure of meeting the happy threesome, Deborah, Donna and Alison at the Storage Vault during the last few days. Could not have been more helpful and even went a step further when I told them my helper had called off, found him scoffing a bottle of Buckfast, Deborah offered their services as extra muscle if I needed it. Thankfully I managed on my own as being offered their services seemed to give me the extra oomph to do offloading.Not being sexist in any way it`s just I didn`t want them lashing sweat like me. I highly recommend the Storage Vault.

I've been a customer of Storage Vault in Paisley since around 2015. They've been my rescue to store my stuff through many house moves and when my mother moved into a care home.Today a very pleasant and helpful young man called Mark showed me their new small units on the top floor cause I can't fit all my stuff in my last remaining unit, again saving me heartache. Donna, Debra and Alison are always pleasant, efficient and helpful and I honestly don't know how I would have survived without them. Thanks ladies and Mark.

I required a storage unit in Kilmarnock as I was moving house. I contacted storage vault and from the offset I had 5 star service. Deborah assisted me with what size of unit I needed. Sent me all the relevant info via email. Arranged a callback for me to view the new unit. I had a few queries and spoke with both Alison and Donna who were equally as helpful as Deborah. All documentation sent via email and the girls explained what I had to do. So friendly and helpful, unit is brand new and easy to access as well as being very secure. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleStorage vault has been dead handy since I moved to scotland two months ago. I have been able to access my vault whenever I please(between the hours of 6am-11 pm through an access code) and have been able to extend and pay accordingly to my needs. Great facility ...but I was an idiot and put my stuff in the wrong unit !!. Staff called me and I apologised and they were fantastic and didn't charge me any more for my mistake. All sorted now and in the correct unit I am an idiot but when you have never used this before. The staff were brilliant so friendly and even offered to help me move the stuff today, I declined as my own stupid fault but so appreciated the offer

We used Storage Vault in Coatbridge for over a year. Initially it was meant to be for just two months for a house move. But issues with the move meant we kept having to extend it. The staff were always very helpful and Stefini, who we dealt with on most occasions always sorted out our extensions without any issues. The unit itself was great and all our stored furniture has come out in good condition. No dampness or anything. Access to the unit was straightforward and very flexible.

Dear Mohammed,My colleague Michael spoke to you on the 29th December. We had originally agreed to allow you to park the container for a maximum of 2 hours to remove your belongings. We also stated that someone must be present at all times to oversee the removal. When we next spoke to you, you asked if you could leave the container for one week. We immediately told you this was not possible due to health and safety concerns and blocking access to other customer's units.
