I had my unit over a year when removing…

I had my unit over a year when removing my furniture i discovered they were all discoloured! I payed insurance yet was not told that this would happen due to atmospheric/climate conditions i was assured my furniture would be looked after during the purchase of the unit. I am now left with a discoloured suite and 2 sets of drawers i cant even use. When this issue arised there was very little help from staff or claims department if this was made clear that my furniture would discolour within the time of being in the unit I would have never gave my custom.Going on from your reply I was clearly told this WAS down to atmospheric conditions from your insurance company which I have the email

Another happy customer who checked in and out of the Storage Vault at Bishopbriggs.From start to finish Ashleigh talked us through the self-storage system and, yes, it was as simple and straightforward as she made out.We got caught up in the virus lockdown chaos and have nothing but praise for our treatment during a frustrating four months. Our first ever self-storage experience ended on Monday and we exited Auchinairn Road with the knowledge that we had chosen wisely with Ashleigh and the Storage Vault.

I had used another company to store some of my belongings as I move house, and decided to switch company as Storage Vault offered a better deal and was easy to get to. Immediately when we arrived we were very welcomed by Ashleigh, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, switched on and helpful. She really made my experience. As I'm looking to store my belongings for a good few months, I feel I have total peace of mind with Storage Vault. Fantastic company and can really tell that the staff will go above and beyond to help. Won't be moving company in a hurry. Totally took the headache out of storage.

Brilliant storage in Kilmarnock

Brilliant storage in Kilmarnock, new, clean, entrance level, 2 trolleys available. Access 6am-23pm. Excellent staff, quick and clear response, very friendly and fair conditions. Used the storage for my removal stuff for about 6months. Can strongly recommend it.Notice for woman: it is secure and safe, especially during daytime but there is no one on site why I recommend to take someone with you at nights.

Storage Vault Paisley - Highly Recommended

I contacted Storage Vault in Paisley when I was looking for a storage facility while dealing with a house move. They have a special offer of first two months rental at half price which I thought was really good. Contact with the staff both by phone and then in person could not have more helpful and friendly. I was able to drive in with a vanload of items on day one and in under an hour the whole process of registration, allocation of space, and unloading was complete!Great service!

Excellent Service

The whole experience was very smooth and straightforward. My only issue was a slight mis understanding with regards to how to complete the online documents etc - the email I received suggested I was to come to the unit to complete paperwork, however I had agreed on the phone I was happy to do online. Perhaps a different wording on the email for those doing online just to make it a bit more clear.

Beware of their pricing mechanism - notified with 7 days notice of a 15% price increaseUnacceptable to increase a price with such little notice, particularly given the notice period in the contract to terminate is longerHave been a loyal customer for seven months, and been understanding when they've made mistakesOne such mistake was locking me out of my own unit for a week or so. They were supposed to lock another unit, but clearly unable to follow their own internal instructions
