GoogleI HAVE TO BE HONEST THIS IS THE BEST STORAGE UNIT I HAVE HAD AND TO DATE USED 5 IN MY LIFE. I WAS NEVER BOMBARDED , BILLED IN ADVANCE IF I WENT OVER THE ALLOTERD TIME. NEVER HAD TO TRY CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER KNEW THEY WERE THERE, IT WAS THAT EASY. THEY NEVER MADE ME BUY THERE S[PECIAL PADLOCKS WHICH ALMOST EVERY STORAGE COMPANY MAKES YOU DO. SELF SERVICE WITH CODE ..A GREAT PRICE. ITS SUPER CLOSE TO WEST STREET SUBWAY IF NO CAR...THE ROAD AND PATHS ARE BAD MIND...BUT A TOTALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE

Recently rented a unit at the Bishopbriggs S. V. It's location is great and being a tradesperson the 24hr access to the unit is exactly what I needed although I've filled my unit already and might need another! The best thing about renting the unit was the customer Service...Kenny looked after me from the second I stepped through the door...I can honestly say the only thing he didn't do was empty my van for me!!

Called the East Kilbride team for a 100sq ft unit at short notice and explained what I would be storing for my business. Carla and Mike provided a unit with excellent access for loading and unloading, timely invoicing and 2 weeks notice to vacate which I have now done. EK Storage Vault has excellent facilities, great security and 24 hour access. Highly recommended

I have been using this storage company in Coatbridge for nearly 2 years, and only vacated their unit today.Absolutely recommend and I rate very highly, with no hesitation to anyone that requires a storage facility.All the staff I have spoken too, are very friendly, and efficient, go out of their way to help you. Excellent set up, and very good customer service. I used StorageVault in Kilmarnock recently, and their facilities are perfect, with rental costs being better value than other providers.I spoke to the girls in the office on several phone calls, prior to rental agreement confirmation, during my rental period, and during contract termination, finding them very helpful and also very pleasant every time.Would definitely recommend this company when looking for storage.

Had to move a lot of stuff very last minute. They were able to arrange a space, and we were able to store all our things within a few hours of my first call.Helped us sort out all the details and problems effortlessly, the staff there were seriously wonderful, and genuinely lovely to chat to, even for someone who has social anxiety.Highly recommended (paisley branch, for reference)

The staff were very pleasant and helpful making you feel valued. Nothing was too much trouble. Only complaint I have is that when I changed my facility to a larger one 3 days after I took the smaller one I had to pay the insurance again. They couldn't transfer the original insurance over to my new unit.
