TrustpilotDid its job well
Stored my stuff correctly and no fuss. Really straight forward.Apart from forgetting to tell us we'd need a separate code and then giving us the wrong code and we drove through on a Sunday night and had to wait for another person using the unit to let us in and out.

They always returned emails/phonecalls right away. The storage facility itself is immaculately clean, bright and safe. Would highly recommend.

TrustpilotI found the team very helpful
I found the team very helpful, given I lost my lockup keys and the team helped with bolt cutters, We had just downsized and needed some extra space, where we could sort out many small and valuable items. The level of security is second to none.I would have no hesitation in recommending Storage Vault for large or small storage needs

TrustpilotBroken promises
Broken promises, broken toilets, broken communications 😡I've never had to deal with such a frustrating company. The site we rented from was poorly maintained, repairs were painfully slow if they ever happened, no staff presence at the site, abysmal invoicing, constantly conflicting promises made to other tenants presumably in an effort to keep no one happy. Smashing if you want your hair or nails done, appalling to rent commercial space from.

Trustpilot1st Class Service and storage
Initially just short term storage turned into 15 + months. Great service from the start showing me around the various size units and discussing requirements and costs. Regularly updated with info re access to site. Very helpful staff and great communications at all time. Site spotlessly clean and well maintained. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Storeage Vault, well done! 👍
