TrustpilotTwo issues only -
Two issues only -1. Unaware that I had to bring/purchase a padlock for door which resulted In having to buy one from company on arriving with furniture.2. The unit was not sealed (ceiling had wire meshing) which resulted in dust coating furniture after a few weeksStaff were excellent & everything else went like clockwork!
Hi Alistair, Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. The units are secured with steel mesh to ensure that your goods get proper ventilation whilst in storage. However we take on board your comments and will certainly look into this. Thank you for the kind comments about our staff. Paisley Team

Good selection of storage units of different sizes at a reasonable price. More of the longer base trolleys would be useful as there was only one as far as I could see. All the staff I dealt with were helpful.

TrustpilotFrom start to finish they were amazing. Safe place to store anything important!
From start to finish (left my storage unit 15/11/20) Storage Vault dealt with us amazingly. I felt really happy leaving all of my things in their care and unit for the time we needed to find a new home. You received your monthly statements and any questions I needed answered they answered straight away. Were really easy to get in contact with. Everything I left in the unit came out in great condition with no dampness or anything causing me concern. Thank you! Would happily use again.
