TrustpilotWonderful Service!
We had wonderful service from Storage Vault. We had never done this before, had not a clue what or how to manage all these family belongings (which did not belong to us) but had to be kept since our family members were abroad. We were 'down-sizing', hence in the process of selling our home and finding another to buy. Elderly pair and myself with a disability (that is as well as my husband!!!), we were stressed out! The staff were fantastic at talking us down from the rigours of stress and anxiety with which we were consumed by day and night.Thank you so much, what a wonderful service!

TrustpilotEasy, confident storage with excellent customer service.
I had a great experience using Storage Vault from start to finish. When I initially called to enquire, I spoke to someone extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had the same high standard of service the day I moved my belongings into storage and the day I moved out. The storage units themselves are very clean and easily accessible and I felt confident that my belongings were very safe there for the two months that I needed. The entire process was very easy and stressfree, I would definitely recommend them.

TrustpilotStorage rental
We had to rent some storage unexpectedly we weren't able to access our new house on the arranged date, so all our wordly belongings had to go into the storage units, I never worried one wee bit about leaving it there, you had to have an access code to get through a locked gate before you could process to your own units, which had a padlock (which we were able to buy from them) and you and only you had the key for it.

TrustpilotStorage review
Upon arrival, staff were super helpful and friendly. It was a quick and easy process with all the paper work and payments. Wouldn't have it any other way!It is also very convenient for me as it is close to my accommodation. The only downside is that they do not provide transportation of personal belongings - this means I have to take a taxi back and forth till my belongings are where I want them to be.All in all I am very happy with the service !

Trustpilotgreat facilities
Use Storage vault while I was between things. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Facilities are great - my particular unit was perfect for what I needed. The premises are dry. No sign of damp or anything like that. So you can be assured that your property will not be harmed by the elements. My only recommendation would be to have a few dust sheets if you are going to be using the unit more long term.
