Storage vault is a secure building, where we have had an office for over 1year and wouldn't use any where else. The storage vault staff are very pleasant, well mannered and are at hand for any help or advice you require about storage/office space.

Trustpilotgreat customer service and easy to use
easy to set up account for storage facilities which was used for around six months to store confidential documentation. The unit provided secure storage facilites on a short term basis to suit our needs. At the time of vacating the unit we received excellent customer service and given advice on how to proceed which was very easy. All we had to do was send an email confirming the unit was empty and it was that simple.

Friendly Chatty staff. Originally i was uncertain but the girls on the front desk Made feel at ease.Security codes at the doors and access times were great. Maybe fingerprint or a keyring fob would speed things up a little in the future for multiple accesses to my unit in a day.The unit was clean and well lit. Great email confirmation and correspondence before during and after my rental period. I'll definitely use them again.
