TrustpilotGreat service
No complaints about the facilities or the customer services at Tollcross storage vaults. Sarah talked me through the application and it took about just 15 minutes to get through then was given a unit. All went smoothly and good value for money. Can recommend!

GoogleThe service was outstanding. The staff was so friendly and made us really feel at home during the whole moving process. They offered refreshments while we were waiting for the van to load/unload and everyone was generally very accommodating. The place was very clean also and we would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be our first choice next time we need to use storage :)

Just started using the East Kilbride storage unit. I was made to feel very welcome by Carla who took the time to show me around and describe how the facility worked. The paper work was also straight forward to put in place. The facility is clean and well lit and I love all the big yellow doors!

TrustpilotAvoid!!!
Avoid!!!! Absolutely shocking - Rat and mice infestation during the 10 days my items were stored. All sofas ruined. Company have rejected responsibility and directed to insurance. Hidden T&C in insurance is also a joke so avoid this as well as they don't pay out the value insured for.

Trustpilot100% recommend
- Pros:Storage units are clean, temperature controlled and secure. Access to the facility is fantastic (free parking, easy to drive in). The same for accessing the units (all units are on the ground floor and the corridors are really wide). Staff is super friendly and efficient. Prices are very good.- Cons:None whatsoever. I've found nothing bad after using their services for more than 2 years now.
