Definitely recommend for storage, location extremely good as still in the city with a subway stop very very close, but you can get here cheaply by stuffing a taxi with your stuff as well. Staff friendly and helpful, had no problem communicating and explained well how to get in and out of the place. Useful elevator for items as well as a pulley for them when transporting inside. I rented a 10spft unit for student stuff like kitchen utensils, lots of clothes, bedding and a mattress topper and the place is very tall, not even half filled.

Brilliant.

Just a quick review on Bishopbriggs storage vault. I can honestly say everything from start to finish was absolute 5 start service. Caitlin helped me pick the size I needed , got one right at the door which helped and she was spot on with customer service etc. Every time I've been back she's always eager to help. Couldn't fault the place, the vaults are brand new , clear dry and the whole palace is looking spot on. Perfect for my stuff while I move house. Highly recommend the place if your looking for some space Thanks again.

Recommend Paisley Storage Vault

All staff we came into contact with were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable whether face to face or on the telephone. We were quickly made aware of the system employed within the facility and agreed upon our requirements. In the end we did not utilise the facility due to a change in plans. Again this was not a problem and was dealt with in an equally friendly and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend the Paisley Storage Vault to friends.

I have never used a storage company before. Storage vault had a very good deal on and so gave them a try with the expectation of lots of hidden extra cost. The only additional cost was for insurance but you had the option of getting it from another supplier if you wished and it wasn’t badly priced anyway. The staff were outstanding and very efficient and the Cambuslang facility is top notch for security and storage quality. I wouldn’t hesitate you use them again.

Storing Who knew!

Having just started our storage experience I can only give my opinion on how things have gone so far as we still have a few months to go but so far I am pleased with my choice of storage vault out of the many storage facilities I visited beforehand .the price is average, some cheaper, some much more expensive good deal 2for1, customer service has been pleasant and well informed, getting in and out easy, use of trolleys convenient, door entry simple, clean easy access both in and outside and with boxes ,furniture etc you want flat easy access! Hopefully my experience will remain the same for my continued time storing.

Storage Wars

Starting with the good point - it was a handy location for me; it was the closest. Not so good points: the initial deal was misleading - there is a significant difference between 2 months at half price and buy 2 months get one free. The times of entry are not as advertised as you can neither enter at 6am or up to 11pm - although I raised the issue I don't believe it was rectified after bringing it up on 3 occasions for 3 separate incidents. Other negatives include the lift operating hours being during reception hours only (maybe 8-6), if you come after this time you can enter but there is no trolley or handtruck suitable for the stairs. Finally, the turning circles in the common areas are tight in places and whilst beside the main entrance there are door stops they narrowed the width of the doors upstairs, installed double doors and didn't install door stops so you are guaranteed to be driven demented trying not to damage your goods, holding 2 doors open whilst pushing a cart with your head or perhaps a third hand if you're lucky enough - that's if you can get it up the stairs after the lifts are shut off. Having said that they did offer a free can of pop when I registered and may yet refund me for the overcharge / mix up with they're legally worded / binding contract type thing.I hope I don't need to use storage again anytime soon but if I do I will give consideration to these points.

Storage Vault - Above and beyond.

The product offered by Storage Vault is the best available in the area. Their offices are secure and well equipped, their services such as wifi are available 24/7, and their facilities - toilets, kitchens, etc - are always clean and well maintained. But by far the most outstanding part of what is offered is the quality of trained staff that look after the facilities and the customers. Always willing to support your needs, open to suggestions and full of good humour and 'bon homie', they are a key selling point for the business overall. With them, our experience over the last two years was great rather than good. And from a personal point of view, our time there was always a bit more pleasant when we had cause to chat to the staff. Well done.

Fantastic Customer Service

Moving house can be a stressful experience, especially when putting all your possessions into storage for a few weeks. I chose Storage Vault (Paisley) on location and price. The whole episode was helped greatly by Deborah and Donna. Overall Storage Vault provided the service I required at a particular point in time. Setting up contract was straightforward and use of facility thereafter was also straightforward.
