So I’ve email 5 times in the last week and a half about an issue regarding the bin chute at my block of flats. No reply. Not event an automated ‘we’ll be in touch’, emailed through the contact form on the website. Have also emailed the two emails I have for property managers. Though the managers keep changing. Abysmal service.

Terrible service, rude staff. Their contractor companies are awful in maintenance. We are forced to stay with these guys from the premium builder like Cala homes. Won't recommend them at all.
