Our property manager (if you can call him that) is obnoxious and will not address issues on site. Instead he just copies and pastes details into an email. Now to increase revenue they are charging extra with admin fees despite a complaint being raised. The attitude is pay up or else. They are so unprofessional and use bully tactics to get what they want but don’t provide the service to the clients, and certainly don’t monitor their contractors.

I don't think the live chat is an improvement to your service. I know of no other company who no longer uses email. You are asking for a date when I used the service I have no idea as there is no record.

As always, platitudes were delivered but no action. The companies they have used for maintenance of the estate have got poorer and poorer. They seem to choose cheap labour rather than people who know what they’re doing.

Taken 15 months (and counting) and still not instigated repairs on the roof which is actively leaking. Emails ignored, calls not returned, charged incorrectly on invoices
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
