Do almost nothing for the ridiculous price they charge. We’ve been trying to get an issue solved for about 2 years. The manager is never there, doesn’t call back, doesn’t respond to emails. Just truly terrible service quality.

The real score is minus five. I had my initial hopes as Ross-Liddel-Liddell are extremely efficient in collecting the fees. The documents are printed in a very high quality paper. That's about it. They don't do anything else.

absolutely dreadful company. They are the factor that manage the home insurance in my area. terrible communication and customer service has been appalling. i’ve yet to deal with a person from this company that has been any help whatsoever. avoid these cowboys at all costs.
