GoogleI had a great experience with an agency. I've just moved to the UK and processes were not clear to me but everything was clearly explained by the agency. Also the communication was really fast, I was able to get in touch with agency very quickly. After we moved to the flat we discovered that there a problem with a tap in the kitchen, the agency helped us to resolve this problem.

GoogleTenant renting from this company. Mixed review so far. They were very helpful and sorted it on the day when our boiler packed in during winter months which deserves 5 stars. Not as happy with how they organise routine inspections and maintenance. Today someone showed up to inspect the smoke alarms with no warning and claimed he couldn't get us on the phone, checked the phone numbers and he looked awkward, had a printout of both our correct phone numbers and neither of us have any missed calls. I ended up letting him in and realised after that he didn't have a mask on so I'm going to be stressed for the next two weeks because I am immune suppressed which I have told the agency before. So lying about calling and not following covid regulations either. Previously have had calls on the day when I was very busy with work asking to inspect the property that day. I don't understand why they can't just be organised and give the legal minimum 48 hours notice. If they could sort their diary out this would be an excellent company to rent from.
Hi Emma, as explained yesterday this is not normal practice and all contractors must arrange mutually agreeable access with our tenants. Our electrician sent me confirmation that he had tried to reach you and thought he would see if you were home as he was local on the day. They are always polite and courteous and gave you the option to allow access. Thank you for being accommodating and apologies once again for any inconvenience this caused. I have spoken to the contractor regarding the mask as this has never happened before and they always have strict guidelines. This won't happen again and thank you once again for being so accommodating :)

GoogleI have been dealing with Kirpa and she has been nothing but amazing, always prompt to respond with any quires have. I especially like to have a direct dial telephone number, so it is easy to make direct contact. This is very customer friendly. I would recommend Kirpa and the rest of the Robb Residential team to anyone looking for an outstanding letting agent in Glasgow. Overall an excellent customer experience. Thank you.

After having spent months looking for a new place, and feeling extremely disheartened by the poor service of other agents - it was a breath of fresh air to deal with the Rachel in particular at Robb. Rachel help my daughter and I secure, not only a house, but our dream home. Communication was great, I was kept well up-to-date with any movements, it just felt really lovely to be treated as a human opposed to someone wanting a house! So we purchased a property (our dream property) as sold by Rob Residential, the amount of issues that arose were unbelievable due to a combination of the sellers and our own property buyers, I can honestly say the deal almost fell through on several occasions, it was Carolyn Campbell of the Glasgow branch who saved the day several times due to her amazing calm manner and going above and beyond her job description, she stepped in as mediator, psychologist and friend while managing to stay neutral on both sides, if I ever come to sell a property I would only go with Rob Residential what a fabulous company, thank-you for helping me achieve my dream

GoogleOur engagement with Robb Residential started over 10 years ago, whereby we let out our flat in Edinburgh through Kenneth Robb and his agency ate the time, who did a wonderful job for us in those early years. We experienced a mix of competency and capability from the various staff at Robb Residential that oversaw our let for the following years. However, they kept our property occupied just about throughout the entire time. They also facilitated a bathroom renovation, flooring replacements, redecorating, and the usual maintenance and regulatory upgrades that were required. Kudos to the team for that. We then used their estate agency to sell the property. This was initiated through Charlotte then managed by Jackie. They were considerate of our nervousness given this was our 3rd sales attempt. However, Jackie did a great job of coordinating viewings with her Edinburgh agent and keeping us informed throughout, and we sold within desired timelines. Thank you for your help.

They reduced their fee after we pointed out how they did not fulfil any of their lofty promises made as part of their original sales pitch. The communication from Matthew (my letting agent) is really efficient and any problems get dealt with straight away.
