Extremely disappointed with Robb Residential. Worked as their cleaning contractor for several years, the recent decline in their business practices has been both surprising and upsetting. My primary issues have been with their payment process - they consistently pay late and occasionally double pay for the same job. Clear issue in the accounts department, Despite promises of resolving these payment issues, my repeated attempts to contact them through emails and calls have been ignored. This lack of communication and disregard for timely payment has caused significant frustration and inconvenience as we are a small cleaning company. I strongly advise other contractors, whether in cleaning or other fields, to think carefully before working with Robb Residential. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and it's important to consider the reliability and professionalism of a company before entering into a business relationship.

I cannot recommend Robb Residential enough. My house had been on the market for quite a number of months with another estate agent and not having had a particularly good experience with them decided to contact Robb. As soon as I spoke with Robb Residential I knew I had done the right thing and had no hesitation in moving forward with them. They provided an excellent service taking time to visit me at home to explain the selling and marketing process. They were also very patient with me spending time reassuring and helping to alleviate my anxieties from my previous experience! They were extremely professional from start to finish and their communication with myself was second to none throughout the whole process. The photographs taken of my home were stunning with the photographer taking time to get the correct photographs in order to produce a fabulous brochure to give to prospective buyers. From contacting Robb, to getting an offer well above the asking price, took only 4 weeks thanks to their amazing marketing and professionalism. Robb Residential have provided outstanding service during our tenancy, all staff we interacted with were professional and attentive, and we were treated with respect. Namely, Sarah, Alan and Laura always helped with any issues and made us feel that we were valued tenants, keeping us informed of anything happening (which as a student tenant can be difficult to find, especially hearing first hand from friends with other letting agencies). I will definitely keep them in mind as first choice when dealing with future housing, and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a property!
