The brochure produced for our property was of a very high standard and presented our house as well as we could have possibly expected. As a resulted we attracted lots of viewings and complimentary feedback. The staff actively sought potential purchasers, were efficient, friendly and had our interests at heart at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend Robb and would certainly use them again if we were to enter the house market again.

The first thing that made the difference for me is that Rachel called me! I had tried to plan viewing of several houses, but being abroad was very difficult, as I kept receiving only automatic replies and forms to fill in with lots of questions, to then end up having my request rejected. Robb residential just called, I could explain my situation and Rachel took her time to explain the house market and how fast viewing had to be booked. I had to book a flight only for that specific viewing, and they arranged everything very quickly with the landlord; any time after, when I sent an e-mail, I got a reply within the same day or within 24h.For me coming from outside the UK, they were very patient and answered all my questions. A very professional team.

GoogleTenant renting from this company. Mixed review so far. They were very helpful and sorted it on the day when our boiler packed in during winter months which deserves 5 stars. Not as happy with how they organise routine inspections and maintenance. Today someone showed up to inspect the smoke alarms with no warning and claimed he couldn't get us on the phone, checked the phone numbers and he looked awkward, had a printout of both our correct phone numbers and neither of us have any missed calls. I ended up letting him in and realised after that he didn't have a mask on so I'm going to be stressed for the next two weeks because I am immune suppressed which I have told the agency before. So lying about calling and not following covid regulations either. Previously have had calls on the day when I was very busy with work asking to inspect the property that day. I don't understand why they can't just be organised and give the legal minimum 48 hours notice. If they could sort their diary out this would be an excellent company to rent from.

Hi Emma, as explained yesterday this is not normal practice and all contractors must arrange mutually agreeable access with our tenants. Our electrician sent me confirmation that he had tried to reach you and thought he would see if you were home as he was local on the day. They are always polite and courteous and gave you the option to allow access. Thank you for being accommodating and apologies once again for any inconvenience this caused. I have spoken to the contractor regarding the mask as this has never happened before and they always have strict guidelines. This won't happen again and thank you once again for being so accommodating :)

I have a sizeable property portfolio and have started to give Mark my properties,.. FacebookCould not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty
