GoogleWorst letting agent I've ever had letting a property from. Tried not to refund me for the locksmith when the locks failed on me. Then charged me a cleaning fee when the flat was in perfect order. Would avoid renting from this agency and recommend smaller agencies from my personal experience.

GoogleFrom our first contact with Robb Residential we were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Our initial meeting was with Charlotte, who guided us through the whole process involved in selling through them with patience, consideration and transparency regarding costs and timing. Carolyn then handled the sale of the property and was at all times polite, helpful and prompt to give feedback from potential buyers. She responded quickly to queries & her communication was clear, never rushing any conversations. This was particularly appreciated by my elderly mother as selling her home was quite an emotional time for her. We would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Robb Residential and in fact would strongly suggest that you look no further! All that they promise of their service they do their utmost to deliver.

GoogleRobb Residential provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process of selling our home . They found us a buyer quickly which was excellent as we were quite remote and the sales negotiator which we dealt with ( Nicole ) was brilliant. She kept us up to date with regular phone calls and emails, she even made sure that when she went away on holiday that we would be contacted by another member of the team. All in all,from when our home went onto the market to it being sold , every step was handled extremely professionally. They can not be faulted.
