TrustpilotVery professional and supportive service .
I originally chose to sell my home of 23 years (tenement flat) with Pacitti Jones because I had previously been impressed at the high standard of their visual presentations of property and their local knowledge.

My husband and i had put in a bid for a lovely little bungalow which went to a closing date. We were confident our bid was fair. when we were called back by the estate agent we were told that our bid was the highest but that it hadn't been accepted due to the owner knowing someone in the street who knew someone who had offered slightly less..... I was of the understanding that all bids were secret bids . I now feel that myself and 5 other poor unsuspecting bidders have been used to up the sale value of the owners house.

GoogleGreat service from Ross and the team at Pacitti Jones! Communication was excellent at all stages of our sale and they have strong knowledge of the market. We unfortunately had our initial buyer pull out, but Ross quickly resolved this and within two days we had another formal offer. Would highly recommend!

FacebookVery happy with the service provided by Dougal, no question was too small or inconvenient for him. He explained everything thoroughly and let us know all of the options available to us. He was always on hand to respond to any emails quickly and efficiently so the process was done without delay. We always felt that Dougal had our best interest at heart and will be using him again in the future.
I barely compliment someone. But I admire you. Your smile is attractive, and your photos are beautiful. You look gorgeous and charming. I would love to be friends with you, but I feel it's not right to send you a request without your consent. I hope you don't mind sending me a friend request. I hope to get a response from you soon. Thanks, stay safe, and remain blessed.

GoogleWe approached two other large estate agents in Dennistoun to value our home prior to speaking with Pacitti Jones. Both provided a value lower than what Pacitti Jones ultimately provided and one felt a bit dishonest and the other very inexperienced. I was delighted when Paul from Pacitti Jones visited our property to value it. He was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and instantly put us at ease. He told us what he thought we might sell the flat for and whilst I wasn't convinced it turned out to be absolutely correct and we achieved far more than I had hoped we might! Importantly for us we trusted him and I am very glad we did. The level of care we received from Shona and Georgia in the office was exceptional. They are organised, extremely efficient and very professional. They guided us through the process at every step of the way, telling us each time we spoke when we would hear from them next and always hearing from them within this time frame. We are incredibly grateful to the team at Pacitti Jones Dennistoun for making what I thought might be a stressful experience a very smooth one with a terrific outcome for us. Thanks so much, Daniella and Stuart.

GoogleThe team at Pacitti Jones Dennistoun are amazing. Paul attended our home to give us all the info we needed to start the process and as first time sellers, we were so happy to be told everything in a way which was easy for us to wrap our heads around as it’s a scary process! Shona and Georgia are both absolute angels. They have been communicating with us continuously through our little bit bumpy selling experience of 8 months. Nothing was ever an issue for these girls! They kept us up to date and helped us chase lawyers and third parties when communication wasn’t great. They were the middle girls who made everything happen! I would not hesitate to recommend or use this branch again. Thank you so much to everyone at the Dennistoun branch. You really are amazing!

GoogleI am selling my flat through Pacitti Jones in Dennistoun. Throughout the process from listing, viewing to sale, Shona, Georgia and Paul have been supportive and helpful. It’s been over 20 years since I bought my flat, and the property sales business has changed from then. Shona has put anxieties to rest and answered the most basic of questions with practical kindness. Also, I am using the company’s legal team and I’ve found Lorraine and Hannah to be very thorough and helpful. Hannah anticipated all eventualities and I’ve found this a good safeguard. I am really glad to be on this team. Couldn’t thank them enough and certainly happy to recommend Pacitti Jones team in Dennistoun.

GoogleI cannot fault the professionalism and expertise shown by Pacitti Jones Dennistoun Branch. From Paul coming out to initially value my property until the day I handed over my keys to move into my new dream home the support has been first class. Excellent communication. Shona or one of her team always got back to me with any queries I had or advice needed. Totally recommend. I would not use any other Estate Agent.
