GoogleA wonderful experience from start to finish. An initial query was promptly replied to and everything was done to fit around my schedule. The Initial evaluation meeting is what sold me to use Pacitti Jones. Paul turned up and from the get go was extremely enthusiastic and refreshingly honest. I did my due diligence and had a couple of agencies attend to value my flat, but Pacitti Jones seemed “hungriest” and I genuinely believed they wanted to do their best for me. Furthermore, before he left he had already outplayed a plan of how PJ were going to sell my flat, a plan I could have confidence in. Thereafter the experience remained excellent, as I was allocated to Shona, who kept in touch almost daily and I also had access to the client portal to see what was happening at my leisure. I have never sold a property before, but I have bought one (and viewed several) and helped in the buying experience with my then girlfriend and Pacitti Jones’ customer service was head and shoulders above that which I have experienced before. I honestly can’t see past them if I’m selling in future.

GoogleUnfortunately, due to ongoing health issues we reluctantly had to withdraw from the sale of our property. Nevertheless we feel moved to leave a positive review for this team who have been supporting us for over a year to work to bring our property to the market. They have never put pressure on us and always gave timely advise, support and reassurance that they were with us on our journey. Hopefully, when this Long Covid final lets go and we return to the market, we will have no hesitation in giving these guys our property for sale, knowing we are in safe hands. We cannot thank them enough.

GoogleI can't thank the team at Pacitti Jones Dennistoun enough for guiding me through the sale of my property and the purchase of my new house. We got most of the local estate agents round for valuations but Pacitti Jones stood out due to their fair pricing and approachable nature. I felt very valued as a client and their communication was fantastic. We ended up keeping everything in house (estate agent, solicitor and mortgage advisor) because we were so impressed with their initial work and it turned out to be a brilliant decision. I can tell the team is very passionate about what they do as well as being very skilled. On top of that, everyone was just so nice! 5 stars and I would definitely choose them if I was to do it all again!

GoogleI found the staff at Pacitti Dennistoun to be very professional, efficient and supportive throughout the whole process of selling my flat. From the outset, I was given good guidance from Paul on how to position my flat, which was far more in line with my own thoughts, vs other estate agents. My flat was then handed over to Lynne, who was super helpful, understanding and informative throughout the process, who again gave me great advice on handling what can typically be a very stressful time. My partner and I had such a good experience, we are continuing to use Pacitti for the sale of my partners flat, as well as the purchase of our new house. We both would highly recommend.

It is unfortunate that Pacitti Jones is conniving with landlords who leave old items in their house and will rather dupe tenants through frivolous claims after tenancy, to ensure that tenants' deposits are delayed from being returned, making claims for cleaning a house that was cleaner than handed and claim for damages that pre-exit the tenants stay in the house.

GoogleEvery step of the process I was informed of procedures pertaining to flat sale. In the first instance this was administered by Frances; who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, she then referred my market sale to be managed by Ross. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable in all sale and follow up sales procedures. He was diligent in updating me throughout the process of the sale. Just fantastic service, I appraise the professionalism one hundred percent. Thanks for all your help and reassurance.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend Pacitti Jones enough. I had a very quick turnaround of getting my flat ready to rent out and find tenants and the team at Pacitti Jones couldn’t have made it more easy. As someone born and raised in the East End, Nicola really knows her stuff and everyone I’ve encountered have been beyond helpful. Their contractors were also the best tradesmen I’ve dealt with in Glasgow, and definitely the first to ever turn up on time! If you are looking for a letting agency that will save you stress, deliver on promises and really care for your property, give them a call.

Recently purchased a home and used Pacitti Jones as our solicitor as the reviews were good. An already-stressful process was made even more stressful because of this company. The solicitors were completely unresponsive and unhelpful. We had to ask several times for each item (often having a guess at what was needed through our own research- fine; you should do your own research too!). On top of that, nothing was explained at all and no outline of the process was given, we weren't told when important items were needed from us and they couldn't offer a basic understanding of how the system worked (we are first time buyers and new to Scotland). Nearly lost the flat the day before closing due to their unresponsiveness to the sellers, and had to continue chasing them for months afterwards as the deed hadn't been transferred over into our names after the closing date.
