We recently sold our flat via Pacitti Jones Dennistoun and we highly recommend. From the get go, with Paul visiting and his evaluation through to the seamless Home report arrangements and marketing, the service and care was great. Shona and her team were incredible. Every day Shona or one the team updated and made sure everything was clear - really excellent communication. The on-line portal works brilliantly - easy to access and use and keeps you updated with all correspondence. We asked Pacitti Jones to take care of viewings, which again worked brilliantly, as the team are all on hand and local. Even after the sale, Shona stayed in contact to help and support, which was really invaluable. The terms of contract and pricing were also very competitive and we would highly recommend Shona and her team if you're looking to buy or sell in the local area.

TrustpilotShona and her Dennistoun team
We had previously had a quote and valuation from pacitti jones and at that point knew that we would definitely pick them to do our marketing. Shona and the team were incredibly helpful from start to finish and provided us with the best advice, regular updates and did everything they could to ensure we got the best possible outcome for the sale of our flat. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would definitely recommend and use them if required in future.

TrustpilotTop Sale Price, Least Stress, Competitive Fee, Professional .
Having worked with Estate agents for over 30 years in both UK and the US we found Shona and her team at Pacitti Jones to be the best we've ever used. Their knowledge of the local market and how to get the best price for your house is remarkable. We can attest to that having just sold using them. In addition to their professionalism and knowledge you get a very competitive fee and a genuine professional photographer who produces fantastic listing pictures. An added bonus is Pacitti's easy to use online portal which shows your listing, upcoming viewer schedules, feedback from previous viewers and the number of views your listing is getting on Rightmove.

TrustpilotSale of Property
Have given a five star review to Pacitti Jones in Dennistoun as I could not fault the service provided when selling my mother's flat recently. All staff were very professional and helpful and made the process very straightforward . A special mention to Shona who was super efficient, professional and friendly and kept me up to date at all times with multiple offers made with frequent courtesy calls and was available at all times to answer any queries I had. All the viewings were arranged by them and was kept up to date on the online portal and also updates by Shona. A great price was obtained and was extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend this office to anyone who has a property to sell and be confident that a great customer service will be provided by all the team.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience the team in the Dennistoun branch selling our flat last year. We chose Pacitti Jones as their online portal is super helpful, they have excellent local knowledge of properties and the market, and Shona kept us informed, answered any and all questions we had (there were lots!). We got the offer we wanted within a few weeks of putting our flat on the market. They made the entire experience really easy and managed our expectations very well. Highly recommend considering PJ as your next estate agents of you're buying/selling in Dennistoun.

GoogleVery Good Estate Agency Support from Shona McCulloch @ Pacitti Jones, Dennistoun - and Legal Team. Our company received very good Estate Agency support from Shona and her team at their Dennistoun Branch. Shona provided us with a number of properties to consider in the Dennistoun area and included Home Reports of those we were interested in viewing. Shona also provided an indication of the realistic selling % above Home Reports value in the Dennistoun area, taking account of the level of interest. Viewings, including 2nd viewings were arranged very quickly, accompanied by Jamie, who was also very helpful. After arranging to informally Register Interest in a Dennistoun property, we arranged for Shona to put us in touch with the Pacitti Jones Legal Team. Tracey Newing, New Business Team, who was also very helpful in providing initial Legal Advice and submitted a Verbal Offer on our behalf, which was accepted. Alison Gourley and Graham Paisley at the West End Branch then took over the Conveyancing and Legal Support work to finalise our Written Offer, which was more complicated due to a Limited Company Buy-to-let and consequential Mortgage lender/legal requirements around all of this. A successful outcome was achieved for our property within a tight timeframe, otherwise the property would have been re-marketed. All of this, including sourcing a suitable Mortgage lender/product was handled seamlessly and professionally by the Pacitti Jones team. We have no hesitation in recommending Pacitti Jones as a one-stop Letting Agency/ Solicitors for excellent advice, support and delivery - all at very good value for money. We were also very impressed by all of the team members at the Dennistoun Branch, along with the comprehensive package of Legal and Lettings Agency support provided by Pacitti Jones.

GoogleReally delighted we chose to work with the Pacitti Jones, Dennistoun team on the sale of our flat. The visit from the sales chap (Paul) was informative and encouraging with great knowledge of the area and helpful notes about recent sales nearby with a lot of confidence on figures. Photos were quick and painless and we got live within a few days and got an offer within 2 days of the property going live. The office team, Shona especially, has been really communicative and lovely to work with. Would certainly recommend if selling in Dennistoun!

GooglePacitti Jones helped sell our property in Dennistoun recently, from start to finish, it was a very positive and professional experience. Shona McCulloch, the Branch Manager, led proceedings from the start, explaining the process and fees structure. The pre-sales and, particularly, the photographer were fantastic. The quality of the marketing photography was top quality. We used the Accompanied Viewings facility, managed by Georgia Davidson, which worked well and was great value for money. Shona and her team were quick to respond to matters arising and truly went the extra mile when challenges presented themselves. I thoroughly recommend the Dennistoun branch, and would definitely use Pacitti Jones again. Many thanks !!

TrustpilotExcellent support for first-time buyers
As first-time buyers, we were very happy with the service provided by Susan McGowan and the team at Pacitti Jones during the purchase of our first flat in Edinburgh. Susan was professional, responsive and guided us clearly through every step of the process, which was especially helpful for a young couple who had not gone through the property buying process before.

TrustpilotPacitti Jones in Glasgow has some…
Pacitti Jones in Glasgow has some dubious fellows. When I rented an apartment through them in the G12 area, I was told they had renovations to make and will be done as soon as possible; but once I moved in, nothing was done. Rather, one of them asked me to report breakdowns that preceded my moving into the house. My family and I lived in the apartment for 13 horrible months, paying £1650 monthly in a single-glazed flat. Winter of that year was terrible for us. A lot of things in the flat were not working properly; the blinds in the lounge were not fixed for more than six months after we moved in, making it difficult to sit there during the day. To add salt to the injury, when we moved out, this company connived with the dubious landlord to scratch the window pane, when all attempts to claim our deposit failed, with the intention to claim £1200 of the £2000 deposit. But Safe Deposits refused to accept their lies. Even the £150 awarded to them for cleaning was what I am sure they did not deserve, as we found faeces in the toilet seat and my wife spent 2 hours cleaning the dirt in the washing machine. I'm not making an unfounded review here; I still have many pictures and videos of what the flat looked like when we moved in. I don't know of any other cities, but if you plan to do any business with Pacittijones Glasgow, think twice.

I recently sold my flat in Dennistoun and would thoroughly recommend Pacitti Jones. From the start of the process Shona, Georgia and the whole team were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the online portal they used to make all the viewing and provide feedback from the viewers, which was easy for me to access. Added to this the team phoned me regularly with updates and news. TrustpilotPacitti Jones - helpful & friendly
Everyone I dealt with at Pacitti Jones were helpful and professional, to make house selling and buying as painless as possible. They kept in touch with me as needed and on a regular basis and were able to explain any terms and processes I didn't understand. They dealt with selling and buying at the same for me which helped reduce a lot of stress and need for communication between companies. This is the second time I have used PJ for property exchange and would recommend to others.

GoogleI asked a few agents to value my property & talk me through their processes. I was highly impressed with Paul from Pacitti who was professional, informative, enthusiastic, positive & helpful. Other valuers were good but appeared less experienced. Price was not a prime driver for me, though Pacitti's prices were competitive but I did like & appreciate they offered supported viewings as part of the package & importantly offered supported viewings outwith normal business hours eg. at weekends & after 5pm. Paul also explained the Pacitti client portal which I was initially dismissive of but became a great fan of it as its a great way to keep track of viewings/offers & was maintained in timely manner by Georgia & Shona. From an operational perspective, Shona was excellent with proactive communication making the whole process really simple & stress free. Shona was also very helpful with guidance on how to address items arising between both sets of solicitors. Going back to the Pacitti portal, it was updated by Georgia in timely manner after viewing hosted by Shona & Georgia was excellent at obtaining viewers' feedback. Overall, the whole team have been an absolute pleasure to deal and have kept me updated throughout the process.
