GooglePacitti Jones have dealt with all legal family matters for over 20 years. Trust and confidence are what they provide. This continued in our more recent dealings and Robyn took great care in explaining everything in a way that was straightforward and did not baffle us with legal jargon! We now have the peace of mind that our Power of Attorney, Wills and Conveyancing has been dealt with professionally, ethically and most of all with the client at the centre. Thanks again Robyn.

GooglePacitti Jones was fantastic from start to finish. They were brilliant when we were looking to buy, and they did an exceptional job when we sold. They gave great advice on the pictures to be taken, how to set the house to look at its best etc, and Shona was absolutely fantastic at keeping in touch. Any time that things stalled a little, Shona was right on it, making sure that everything was fine. She really provided such a personal touch - we never felt like just a number. I can’t praise them highly enough for their calm and professional service, at what can be a very stressful time.

Beyond disappointed with Pacitti Jones as I was a long term tenant in a west end property when I became able to look to buy. Three times I asked separate agents to ask the landlord if they would be interested in selling to open a discussion as I would love to buy the property. Eventually found one locally to buy rather than continuing to pay rent. However not long after I left, the property was sold (off market to a property developer) and now ‘developed’ and upgraded, for sale and at an over inflated price. There is definitely internal conflicts of interest with this company. Unethical goings on are obvious and are not so subtle where profit supersedes tennents/purchasers circumstances.

TrustpilotIncorrect legal documents provided and weeks later the incorrect lease is still being emailed daily to me for signing despite me having later signed a corrected version of the lease
I would stronly advise against using this company. I have used them twice over the past few years and on BOTH occasions there were errors in the lease which had to be corrected - e.g. incorrect bank details for payment of the rent due to not asking where rent should be paid into. This was revelaed when I received the incorrect leases for electronic signing, and they had to be corrected. Weeks later they are STILL sending me DAILY copies of the incorrect lease for electronic signing, despite me calling them 4 separate times to get them to stop sending these. It has been impossible to get them to cancel this. I would not be happy to use a company with such a lax attitude to ensuring legal documents are correct and incorrect documents are not repeatedly sent out with a request for signing.

GoogleI spent hours researching online for honest and diligent estate agents in and around Glasgow - trusting someone with one of your most prized possessions can be unnerving. After narrowing it down to two estate agents Pacitti Jones won my vote, with their track record within the east end of Glasgow and their focus on getting you the best price for your home - whilst remaining genuine throughout the whole process. Customer care was great, any time I requested information or clarification on any aspect, they were there to help. I hope this review helps those searching for their chosen estate agent, as I know this can be a daunting process.

This team is amazing from start to finish! The full team is so nice and helpful and nothing is too much. They are supportive and give unbias information to help you make decisions about your property. They keep you up to date about your property eve though they have a client portal which gives the same information which I feel gives a better around experience. I would definitely request their support in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone else wanting to sell their property, the team are fantastic!

GoogleI was planning to go with a different estate agent, who had valued the property some months earlier and given me some advice about preparing the property for sale, however I called out Pacitti Jones to also give me a quote and valuation. The valuation was the same, but I thought Paul for PJ's advice on preparing the flat was very good, and that convinced me to go with them. Once the property was on the market, Shona and team at the Dennistoun branch did a great job of arranging viewings at times that suited me, following up with everyone who viewed, and giving me feedback that helped me present the property in the best way. They were always very pleasant and helpful, even in the odd moment when I was getting stressed. So I was very happy with the service and highly recommend.

We had thought we would get quotes from three companies for selling our flat, but after reading reviews online for a few estate agents, decided to just go with PJ, based on other people's positive experiences with them. Paul, who came to value our flat, was really knowledgeable about this area, and combined his years of expertise with a reassuringly friendly and positive approach in everything. We wanted to take a few days to think things through and there was no hint of Paul trying to push us into anything - we just felt he was super respectful and kind to us throughout. When we decided to put our flat on the market, Shona became our point of contact and we can only describe her as completely outstanding in every way. She combines an air of supreme professionalism with an incredible personal touch, and we have been blown away by her personal commitment to every step of our selling journey. You have complete confidence that she will get the job done brilliantly. And we have to single out Shona's incredible comms for special mention - every email was responded to so quickly, she phoned regularly to keep us up to speed with everything, phoned in-between to see how things were going, and nothing was ever a bother. The PJ portal, where you have every bit of info about your property online, was fantastic, with upcoming viewings logged there, analytics from Rightmove, etc. The actual listing of our property on Rightmove was fantastic, too, with top grade photos and a 360 video - amazing. Our property sold within a week for a significant amount over the HR valuation, and the follow-up from Shona since then has been every bit as spectacular as before the sale. Honestly, after various house moves over the years, with some horrendous estate agent experiences of feeling nothing more than annoying to them and having to chase up literally everything, we can't recommend the Dennistoun team highly enough. It was a completely seamless experience from start to finish, and no wonder they have been awarded all these accolades - they seem to be an estate agent that is completely unique in their field, making the customer feel incredibly valued and important to them through every aspect of their operations. Way to go, guys, and thank you so much - biggest fans!
