They have an excellent set of tradesmen they can call on to deal swiftly and cost-effectively when issues arise. Please note that One Stop Properties do not hold your deposit, and you are free to reclaim the balance of your deposit from SafeDeposits Scotland at any time.
Due to GDPR, we can't comment too much on this platform, however we feel that it's important to highlight that only one third of your deposit is under arbitration. We like to resolve any deposit issues quickly, so do not hesitate to contact us to resolve this situation.
