GoogleI have recently moved out of an East End Glasgow flat managed by One Stop Properties and I can only give positive reviews on my entire experience with the company.
It was a very efficient and quick moving in process, done while trying to navigate moving the day before a holiday. All the girls in the office made this a smoother process than it could’ve been. When I collected the keys, I was gifted a nice little moving in box, a personal touch you don’t always get from letting agencies.
During my short tenancy, they conducted one flat inspection which was communicated in advance and fairly done.
When I recently moved out, Wendy and the team were great with me. They were quick to communicate actions required for moving out and work alongside their tenants well. They were extremely fair and communicative with the return of deposit and were understanding of minor things, going the extra mile to help ensure I received my full deposit.
I would full recommend looking at One Stop Properties available properties if you are looking to move house.

GoogleNo matter how clean you handover the property to them, they will charge 200 pounds in the name of cleaning.
Addition:
It’s not about 200 pounds here , during our stay we have been very flexible and accommodating to all your requests and kept the property like our own place.
A lot of points highlighted in the final report, we had already highlighted those things during the start of our tenancy still those have been put in our name.
If the owner is not willing to share the costs that should not be put on tenant.
We have raised it with safe deposit, let’s see.

We are disappointed to receive your review. We appointed a third-party, independent company to conduct your check-out, so it was THEIR opinion that the property required a deep clean on exit.
GDPR prohibits us from sharing pics taken at your check-out on this platform.
SafeDeposits Scotland will make an independent decision as to whether it's a fair decision that cleaning was required and we are very confident that they will be in agreement with our findings based on our evidence.
It's a shame that your tenancy ended on these terms but still wish you well.

GoogleFirstly I’d like to say that I found everyone to be pleasant and cordial. However after renting for over a decade and being a model tenant always paying my rent on time, following the exit email to their instructions to how they requested the properly to be cleaned before handing back the keys.i was totally bowled over when i received an email telling me that the cleaners had to be sent in and then at a cost to me for a whopping £200.00 left a very bad taste in my mouth. As I thoroughly cleaned the property before I left. - so in my opinion. It’s much better to leave a total mess as you’ll have to pay anyway! I’m sure this review will be disputed after I post. I know that I left the property in an even better state than I found it, after decorating every room at my own expense.

Dear Steven, we are disappointed to have received this review. As you say, you were a long term tenant, so hopefully that speaks volumes to us having a good relationship throughout your tenancy.
GDPR prevents us from sharing photos of your check-out online. In our opinion the property required a deep clean on exit. A Landlord should expect reasonable wear and tear after so many years, but dirt and grime is not wear and tear. If you had appointed someone to clean the property prior to check-out, we feel that your review should be directed at them not us as they didn't do a go enough job. We could have recommended a cleaner who could have done the job, ensuring that you got your entire deposit back.
We know that you probably won't need us in the future but still wish you well.

GoogleI rented with One Stop Properties for a little under a year and can easily recommend them as the best letting agent I have rented with to date. They are upfront and honest, professional, courteous and easy to deal with, which sets them apart from many other letting agencies I have encountered who have made the phrase 'letting agents' a byword for unscrupulousness and stress. Their communication was very good from the application stage through to the ending of the tenancy itself. Information was always well explained and clear cut and they were swift in responding to any problems or queries I had with the flat.
It has been a genuinely refreshing experience to rent with this letting agent and not to have to fight and harangue them over every little issue only to face more upon moving out as has been my experience renting with other agencies, and this has made life significantly easier and less stressful for me. GoogleMyself and a friend were renting with OneStop Properties as first time tenants. Denise and Mel were absolutely amazing at guiding us in the right direction and explaining everything to us in a way we would understand.
During the exit of the tenancy Mel, Denise, Kirsty and Jack were all brilliant.

GoogleHaving been a tenant for ten years before the landlord decided suddenly to sell the flat, I've never experienced any issues with the agent. They acted when I advised of any repairs needing done and while ultimately they need the landlords instruction they would always get the necessary done, including a replaced boiler and washing machine.
When the landlord decided to sell out of the blue (and me still being on a short term assured tenancy agreement) Wendy personally called to discuss it with me before I got the letter in the post, and she and Kirsty were happy to negotiate an extension to allow me time to find and move into my new house. On checking out of the flat, Kirsty was fair and reasonable in assessing the flat's condition and arranged a full deposit refund, which lifted a lot of stress for me.
I had a much poorer experience with another letting agent previously and was pleased not to have this repeated.
Renting isn't easy and it isn't always smooth sailing but the people at One Stop were always professional and fair with me.

GoogleOften the process of renting a property can be a stress like none other - however, OSP certainly know how to prevent that. I was fortunate enough during Covid to come across a flat I adored and throughout the process OSP were on hand to ensure the application moved without a hitch.
Not only are OSP strictly by the book, you always know where you stand with them whether via call or email they are on hand to sort any issue from broken appliance to changes to a lease.
