Hi Gab, Thanks for leaving us this short and sweet 5* review. You didn't leave a comment but we thank you for giving us the maximum score...it's very much appreciated.

Hi Shaun, many thanks for leaving this 5* review. You haven't left any further comments but I know that you were very complimentary of our Property Managers in your recent phone call to our office. We do work hard to ensure that tenants have a hassle free tenancy and wish you and Laura all the best for the future. :-)

Many thanks for leaving us this 5 star review. It's a short and sweet review, but we thank you.

Hi Sophia, Many Thanks for this short but so, so sweet 5* google review. We are delighted that you had a good experience with our agency. If you ever need us in the future, you know where to come.

Dear Anja, We are disappointed to see that you have left us such a poor review. We don't seem to have you listed as a past/present tenant with our agency. Do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss your review further.

It is regrettable that you feel we deserve only 1 star. As we don't know who you are perhaps you could get in touch with us to advise why you have rated us so poorly. As a professional Letting Agent we will always strive to improve our service to both tenants and landlords and we accept that some people will find something that they are not happy with. Please get in touch in order that we can resolve any issues you may have.

Hi Asante, Thanks for leaving us this 5* review. We are delighted that your opinion of us is so high.
