First time landlord and think I've struck it lucky with 1 Stop properties they have been amazing not only keeping me right with all the legal stuff but help and advising me with my second property.Nothing is too much trouble for them really friendly bunch would highly recommend them

GoogleAnother letting agent who discriminates against those in receipt of housing benefit, yet NEVER mentions this in any of their listings, wonder why, blinkered to reality "more tenants in employment default on their rent/mortgage payment than those in receipt of benefits" AVOID out of morality.

GoogleI've rented with this company on two seperate occasions and both times they have been incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them as any time I've had an issue with the flat they have been quick to respond and take action. Staff are lovely!
