GoogleThe team at Infiniti Property have been nothing but helpful making our moving in process seamless, we’ve had issues with the housing itself (no fault of their own) and they’ve been wonderful at getting our issues sorted too in a fast and mannerly fashion.

GoogleI've let properties through Infiniti for over 10 years and have found they always deal with tenants extremely well, politely and quickly. Any remedial is attended to immediately and would have no hesitation in recommending to either a landlord or prospective tenant. I can only think those with bad experiences were unfortunately due to the landlord and not Infiniti themselves.

TrustpilotExcellent Professional Service
The service provided by Infiniti Properties is excellent and professional, as a new landlord I had lots of questions every day, Stephanie always answered my questions and walked the extra mile to provide a fantastic service, when she is busy she will call me back right away, I have never had a delay in answering my calls and/or question, staff were friendly and professional, for all these reasons I highly recommend Infiniti Properties to landlords and tenants.

I was a customer (Landlord with 4 properties that they managed) at Infiniti for over 12 years and I can honestly say that the whole team is beyond professional. They made everything super straight forward, and always were great with communication and problem solving. All the tenants also spoke very highly of them. Definitely would recommend if you are looking to let out your flat...

GoogleOne of the worst ever service for a tenant. I had my deposit stuck with them from almost 4 months. Every time someone appologies and said that Accounts teams will give me a call. I am caling every week but never received any call back from them. Just letting you know what is happeneing with me, choice is yours...

Dear Gaurav, I hope you are very well and please allow me to introduce myself, I am Scott Hume, the Managing Director of Infiniti Properties. We are now live on Google+ and I am actively encouraging reviews (positive or negative) to which I will investigate and respond accordingly. The property you let was in fact part of a portfolio managed by a business called Priority Properties, which we acquired in July 2013, you then vacated mid way through August, just a month after the acquisition. On checking with my accounts team, you were awarded a full refund of your deposit at the beginning of October, the reason for the time is simply the length of time taken to go through the new procedures with the government backed deposit scheme. Your comments above are therefore inaccurate, which is unfair, given that other users of Google see this and judge us on your comments, in actual fact, you had overpaid rent which was refunded to you, it was this that you had been chasing for but as it had been paid to the old company bank account this was the reason for the delay, I would appreciate it if you would recall the facts and respond to confirm what I have said is an accurate reflection of your grievance. Kind regards, Scott Hume

TrustpilotGreat and quick service, recommend it
We have been renting a flat with Infiniti Properties for the last 3 years. Every time we have had any maintenance issues over this period of time, they were resolved very quickly with the support of Zoe Connelly and we were satisfied with how they were dealt with. Overall, we are pleased with Infiniti Properties' service and the way we have been treated by Zoe and her colleagues. We would definitely recommend them.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional. Wasted my time. Escalated to a manager, Angie, who said she would reply in 24 hours. Never heard from her. Followed up, still nothing. This agency advises to apply to note your interest, even when you still have questions about the property (no viewings due to Covid-19 and no video tour prepared) and instantly your employer and landlord receive reference requests and then you're apparently locked into to this particular listing. Shambolic. Worst I've ever dealt with.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotGreat agency to deal with as a tenant.
Our flat is currently rented through Infiniti properties and as tenants we find them super easy to get in touch with and very helpful when they do so. We deal normally directly with Zoe Connelly who is always quick to answer any emails with any issues or questions that we have and deals with anyone super quickly. A good agency to deal with from a tenants perspective.

GoogleSo far my experience with Infiniti and with Daryl in particular have been positive.
She has been friendly, punctual, polite and could not be more helpful.
My move in went smoothly, and the only issue I had was dealt with the same day.
I would use again (although hopefully I wont have to) ;)

GoogleSomething a bit dodgy about this letting agency. We tried to rent a flat with them a couple of years ago and the service was really terrible (not answering calls, we even a couple of times went to their office and no one was there) They asked for illegal fees and also asked us to pay 6 months rent in advance. I have also just Googled "glasgow letting agency" and one of the top results is an all agency websites with the top 40 letting agencies in Glasgow. Guess which agency magically appeared at the top of the list with a 5 star rating? Yep, you've guessed it. Clearly either a fake website or they've paid to be at the top of the list, because clearly on Google they have a terrible rating.

GoogleAwful experience with this cowboy company from start to finish. Horrible and unhelpful staff, and I think the owners of the company are looking to make a quick buck from any angle - for instance an absolutely ridiculous charge for a reference when you get a new property. I would avoid this mob like the plague. At the very least I would take into consideration all of the negative reviews you find about them. We experienced pretty much all of them. Terrible outfit.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleIt is a sad day when the something doesn't even warrant a single star rating!! I contemplated not leaving a review as I need to leave a minimum 1 star!! Shocking service from the off. Since starting my let nearly 4 years ago, when I was handed the wrong keys to the flat, and having to organise MYSELF to cut replacements FOR THEM. To having no heating for 3 weeks over Christmas last year. Even in those illegal living temperatures, I STILL had to do all the chasing to contact them. Not once was I contacted first! And now that I have handed the keys in, the communication is EVEN WORSE!! Constantly having to email them for updates on getting my deposit back, which still has not been resolved!! I myself work with the public, and understand that people are not easy to deal with, but simple communication goes a long way!! I don't even want to get started with the fact I'm also only receiving roughly 25% of of my original £900 deposit!! Stay away guys, the people leaving good reviews, are either on something, or work for the company to try and boost a pathetic google rating!!

GoogleInfiniti are not a terrible agency, but neither are they a very good one. The positives involved dealing with emergencies. The lady who can be contacted 24 hours was always helpful and engineers were sent quickly when the boiler failed during winter.
Sadly there were also quite a few negatives.
I received the keys on my move-in date literally minutes after the flat had been checked at the end of the previous tenancy. This meant of course that nothing needing attention could have been sorted out. In fact the flat was not properly clean and the carpets were filthy. Infiniti did send a cleaner after giving me the keys and did agree to professional cleaning of the carpets but that meant waiting two weeks to properly unpack my belongings.
During the tenancy it was clear that Infiniti would respond quickly to emergencies but very slowly or not at all to anything else. A request to put a screw in a wall took one year (yes, one year), to achieve a response. When the entry buzzer stopped working it took months, and several emails, before anything was done. This meant having to leave my phone number on the front door with a request for delivery companies/contractors to call me.
The reason for the two-star review is because of how my tenancy ended. Infiniti insist on making checks after the tenant has left, making it necessary to go round taking photos of everything in case of disputes. Before I left I hired professional cleaners and made sure the flat was in a better state of cleanliness than it had been in when I arrived.
Having returned the keys, nobody contacted me to tell me checks had been made. I sent three emails asking for information, one of which was ignored and two of which were replied to with, ‘I have passed this onto my colleague’. Having seen their office, I am quite sure the colleague was metres away.
I was told I could apply to Safe Deposits Scotland for return of the deposit and did so. Clearly the flat was found to be satisfactory because Infiniti did not log a dispute, but I was made to wait until the response period expired meaning I did not receive my deposit for two months after having left.
It would have taken minutes to reply properly to one of my emails, or login and return my deposit but clearly nobody could be bothered to do so. If this is how reliable tenants are treated then I am very glad I didn’t have to enter into a dispute.
Overall Infiniti are not terrible. But if you are an honest and reliable tenant who wishes to feel valued and respected, I would try to rent through another agency. Better ones exist.

Google0 STAR?
The house veiwing was totally a joke! Phoned last week to book a viewing for a house but was fully booked, been told to phone back this week to see if anyone would take it or not. So I phoned on Tuesday and been told the house still available and booked a viewing for today (Thursday) 11:30 am. However, when i was checking Rightmove yesterday (Wed) and it says LET AGREED?! I phoned them right away to find out what is going on. Staff told me the housie is 100% still available the viewing will go ahead. Today (Thursday), I got a text message from them around 10am to confirm if I am still attending the veiwing, I replied yes. Went to the viewing at 11:30am, love the house . The agent told us at the end of viewing to go on THEIR website for application!!! I drive home (the house only 5 mins drive from where I live) and turn on my PC straight away to do the application form. I CANNOT find the property on their website??!!!!! I phoned the office and got told the property is NO LONGER ON THE MARKET!! IT IS RESERVED half hour ago???!!! WHAT??? my viewing was half hour ago!!! So the property is gone when other people and I were viewing the house?!!! What a joke!!! I was so angry and gutted!!!
Advice from anyone want to use this agency: keep phone on you, make sure you have internet access, so you can check whether the property still free or not DURING your veiwing with them. OR double check at the end of the viewing if the property still on the market. 2nd advice: just don't use them at all!!!
