Here are the facts:- ingoing inventory states level 5 cleanliness, outgoing inventory states level 4 cleanliness. Both inventories carried out by independent firm. Tenant calls and swears down the phone because she doesn't agree, she then comes to the office and demands her deposit back, we explain that the deposit is held by a government backed scheme and that there is a process to follow, she says she is too busy being a manager to have to go through the process. She then agrees with the minor deduction for cleaning. Furthermore, we went over and above by asking our cleaner to remove curtains she left behind and drop them off at no cost to her. Lastly, our Solicitors have been instructed to contact this person to remove the false and defamatory comments
