I was a tenant for three years, paid six months' rent in advance every time, and spent the entire tenancy chasing a leaking radiator that caused damp, damaged my belongings, and left my infant daughter and me displaced from the master bedroom. It was never properly fixed until Jan 2026. At checkout they attempted to claim more than my entire deposit, for issues that were either pre-existing or caused by their own maintenance failures. There was no discussion about the discussion - just a long list of their wishes. Beware before renting through Infiniti Properties!

I can’t recommend Infiniti Properties highly enough. Scott from Infiniti helped me with the refurbishment of my first property, and what started as a straightforward project quickly became much more complicated than expected. Throughout the whole process, he was incredibly supportive, honest, and reassuring. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted, understood my vision, and created something that felt unique and special while adding significant value to the property. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared. Whenever issues arose (and there were plenty!), Scott went above and beyond to help find solutions and keep things moving. At times when I was feeling completely overwhelmed, he remained calm, professional, and always had my back. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, skilled, passionate and easy to work with, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Scott and Infiniti Properties.

If you value your money and being treated fairly then I'd highly suggest avoiding this particular letting agency. My flatmate and I rented from them for just under 7 years, and whenever an issue arose, more times than not they were completely incompetent at managing our problems. Furthermore, they attempted to deduct our entire security deposit for reasons such as (in their words) "redecoration", and fixing problems we made them aware of early in our tenancy. The move out process was particularly difficult as I feel they were purposefully being difficult for the sake of being difficult (particularly Stephanie). An example of this is trying to charge us for a mattress I had left that was in much better shape than the one provided in our tenancy that was covered in various stains. After I advised I was happy to collect the mattress, they were less than helpful and advised they would not spare us 10 minutes to enter the property and collect it. Thankfully the company holding our deposit did not rule entirely in their favour and we got what I believe to be a fair amount for our deposit back. Happy we were not the only ones to see how ludicrous their check out report was. Based on previous replies from earlier reviews, I have no doubt that they'll reply to this review in an attempt to condescendingly devalue my critiques, we'll wait and see. hopefully this review can at least warn potential renters of how poorly this company will treat you, please avoid.

Reply: please find attached email correspondence that suggests letting agency would not let us return to collect the unwanted mattress. You can clearly see nowhere does it state they would "check their diary" to allow us access. This only came after several emails back and forth with them and after bringing up our rights as tenants. It is reasons like THIS you should avoid these cowboys. I also have a feeling theyre not particularly happy we received some deposit back, if that's the case why would they claim for the full amount?

Incompetent and unlawful, this letting agency is simply atrocious. Infiniti Properties and a landlord let a property out that did not comply with The Repairing Standard, contained in the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006, where: "The property must be wind and water tight and in all other respects reasonably fit for people to live in." I endured severe water ingress for over 9 months. At the end of my tenancy, Infiniti Properties had the audacity to claim money from my deposit for cleaning issues related to water ingress. An adjudicator from SafeDeposits Scotland reviewed my evidence and rejected their claim. The staff at Infiniti Properties are rude and only interested in your money. Avoid.

I was a tenant with Infiniti Properties for just under 2 years, and found it to be an unwavering positive experience. Compared to letting agents I've been with previously, they were extremely responsive when it came to maintenance requests or emails (generally reaching out within a working day), and communicated clearly about any required visits. I recently requested that another lock be fitted for added security, and they had come by the flat, reached out to the landlord, and made the arrangements within a couple of days, which was very reassuring. I have always found things like this to be frictionless with Infiniti, and would absolutely recommend them as a tenant.
