GoogleFirst time dealing with an agency as a tenant looking for a flat, and have been pleasantly surprised by how good everything has been, from flat viewing to the tenancy itself. Everything has been arranged quickly, which was even more impressive given the current housing situation in Glasgow. Viewing has been great, and the decision has been made almost right away, while other agencies sometimes took weeks to accept which was a huge waste of time. Background checks and the whole process of setting up the tenancy have been easy, thanks to Sharon who was there to guide the whole process and promptly answered any queries that we had. Proper tenancy contracts have been arranged with no trickery. Nice system to electronically sign the contracts. The tenancy is supported by an additional website that is very useful and shows current details of the tenancy, stores your balance and also allows to file detailed repair requests, that show up as ongoing maintenance issues, until resolved. However, the good thing is that you do not need to fully rely on the software, and can always opt to send them an email and expect a quick reply. Additionally, Inifinity uses an independent third-party company (Pinstripe) to build inventories, who did a very thorough and detailed report with many images, and also have a system where you can add your own comments and evidence before you accept the inventory, which is neat! Overall, very satisfied with Infinity as my first time dealing with an agency. This review covers everything from the viewing, up until the first week of the tenancy. I will provide another review further down the tenancy.

GoogleI only recently moved to Glasgow an as most letting agents didn't even bother replying to my applications, I was very positively surprised when Sharon called me and took the time to answer all my questions and arranged the viewing. As I was still living in Manchester, it was very pleasant that there was no issue having one of my new colleagues attending and having me on Videocall. Sharon and Charlene then guided me though the whole process and again answered all my questions to make my move a relaxed experience. On my moving day, when trying the house key the first time, I realised that they only fitted to the back but not the front door. Well, a quick call and 45min later Ann was at the house with the right set of keys. When experienceing a small maintenance issue with the tap in the kitchen Zoe was a very big help in organising a plumber and keeping me up to date with the process. All in all, I haven't experienced such a well organised, friendly and helpful team of letting agents so far and can't recommend Infiniti Properties enough.

GoogleI have now been dealing with Infiniti Properties for over 5 years. During this period of time I am extremely happy with the services they have provided me with. There has been issues ( like all companies have ) however these issues have always been dealt with well by Infiniti Properties. I usually deal with Stephanie who has been great, and is very good at her job. I have also dealt with Danielle who again has been very good and is good at her job. I haven’t dealt with the other staff that regularly however when I have they all have been very good and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. So far so good hence the 5 star review.
