Fantastic Experience

I only recently moved to Glasgow an as most letting agents didn't even bother replying to my applications, I was very positively surprised when Sharon called me and took the time to answer all my questions and arranged the viewing. As I was still living in Manchester, it was very pleasant that there was no issue having one of my new colleagues attending and having me on Videocall. Sharon and Charlene then guided me though the whole process and again answered all my questions to make my move a relaxed experience. On my moving day, when trying the house key the first time, I realised that they only fitted to the back but not the front door. Well, a quick call and 45min later Ann was at the house with the right set of keys.When experienceing a small maintenance issue with the tap in the kitchen Zoe was a very big help in organising a plumber and keeping me up to date with the process.All in all, I haven't experienced such a well organised, friendly and helpful team of letting agents so far and can't recommend Infiniti Properties enough.

In my opinion avoid at all cost. Staff are rude and clueless. Repairs are a nightmare, I was left without heating and hot water for a week during the winter and some (or one in particular)of the trades are a red flag to the stage my wife would rather I dealt with them. They will use a company called pinstripe for check-in and out but keep in mind this is their contractor who wants to please them as they pay them. Always fight for your deposit as safe deposits scotland are fair but gather proof on the day you move in and also before you leave. Don't trust the dashboard for historical information on repairs aslway send by email or use both but in my opinion a tent in the woods is a better option than this lot. Reply.. Yes my deposit was returned minus owed rent, which I was advised to withhold the last rent payment to guarantee something back from deposit. Because if I paid the last month's rent you would have still made a play for my full deposit. Yes, the ballance of my deposit was returned despite infinity trying to claim it all. You even tried to claim a gas cooker was missing. It never existed which will be why you don't have gas records for it. With regards to your response about pinstripe...your point is caller? I noticed you didn't comment on the boiler being off for a week or more? Your engineer said he had to order the part and wait for it to be delivered days later despite being told it was available off the shelf 15minutes away, bearing in mind it was the winter and we had no heating. If it helps I can start putting the email correspondence up here?

Infiniti Properties are great

I have rented from Infiniti Properties since May 2016 and I continue to rent from them. They are in all honesty fantastic to deal with and the best letting agency out there. Over this period any time I have needed any maintenance done to the property they have responded and resolved any issues within a day. The whole letting process has always been very smooth and time efficient. My dealings have always been with Anne, and she is fantastic. She has always been so helpful, understanding and supportive and I would recommend them as the best agency in Glasgow.

22 DAYS AND NO DEPOSIT BACK YET

well I was told from Herbert himself he had 21 days to send me my deposit back. As of this date I have still not received anything from him or the company. I take that back we did receive some rude comments and basically were called liars by dennis because he did not believe a certain text came from the home owner.Its pretty simple to pull up the records and see where that text came from, ISNT IT?I have all the proof saved. I'm not a bad guy or want to start conflict,I just want what's rightfully mine. I DONT GET TO GO SHOPPING WITH THIS DEPOSIT I have to give these funds to the new laNdlord and it is not fair nor professional for infinity properties to hold up another landlords business ENDS because they don't want to stand UP to their word and do what they saY. ALL I WANT IS FOR YOU TO DO WHAT YOU SAY AND SAY WHAT YOU DO.MEAN WHAT YOU SAY..GOES ALONG WAY NOW A DAYS.
