My girlfriend and I recently moved out of a property which was let by Infiniti Properties, and our tenancy was 8 months long. Overall I cannot fault the letting agency. We moved in and checked through the inventory which was done by a third party company. When we were living there and encounteed a few issues like a leak in the roof and the washing machine breaking Anne took action to remedy the situations really quickly. When we moved out we got the deposit returned in a timely manner albeit with a small deduction for two light bulbs which were out that we had forgotten to replace. I won't lie, after reading previous reviews of this letting company I was incredibly skeptical about whether we would actually get our deposit back. However, credit where it is due we encountered next to no problems with the agent. I personally would recommend chatting to Anne if you are a tenant in situ, or if you have recently moved and are wanting your deposit back. We have found her to be a most reasonable person, she is always polite and she genuinely tries/ does her best. I completely understand others may have had different experiences to ours with this agent. But based on our experience I have no hesitation recommending Infiniti Properties. Just incase people say this was a paid review, I would like to reiterate that we genuinely rented a flat in Scotstoun from this agent.

Infiniti Properties Management Ltd in Glasgow have been excellent. They have been very fast and efficient and dealing with our move in and the fixes in our new apartment. The whole team are very professional, kind and friendly and we are glad they are managing our rental property. We are also grateful that the landlord that they manage the property for is very accommodating and responsive to our tenancy needs. Overall very very helpful and a professional service.

Terrible communication with maintenance orders, waited 2 weeks to get busted pipe fixed, I was manager for 14 years till this Katz property took over, looks for a way to take your security deposit, nobody gets it back, no matter how much you clean up.

I would avoid renting a property represented by Infiniti Properties if possible in the future. In my experience of renting a property with them for two years their staff are unhelpful at every turn, rude on the phone and when it came to moving out, they were extremely obstructive in returning the deposit and were firmly looking out for the land lord only. I've been totally appalled by the attitude of this estate agent. Yesterday a verbal offer for a place was agreed with my solicitor and the formal letter to be received the next morning. But then at the end of the day they decided to take the property to closing date. Total under-handing method of dealing with their customers, which I found very dishonest. I will not be offering for the property anymore and will not be dealing with this estate agent again for their dishonesty and would not recommend renting or selling from them. Reply to comment: I look forward to the legal team contacting me. I have my solicitors who made the formal verbal offer in hand to back my story.

Please people if you are looking to let with Infiniti property's be very careful when signing a let agreement with them stayed in a let in 54 aberuthven drive mount vernon had to pay a deposit for house and dog stayed there for two years there was problems with the property it took ages for them to get the problems sorted then or they have got to ask the landlord which takes ages got told after two years that they wanted to terminate the tenancy agreement still fighting with them been out of the house for nearly two months they are not great people to deal with told us they have to get maintenance to do jobs on the house but are moving people into the house but can't get my deposit back so beware people

Mr hume as you are the property owner of 54 aberuthven drive and company director of infiniti properties ,I have been trying to solve this dispute with infiniti properties since before Christmas and got told infiniti will phone back surprise surprise no phone call , anytime I phoned annd asked for a manager to speak to they were not available , the faults with the property were no heating for eight weeks , shower cord switch went on fire no shower for three weeks , heating spur switch on storage heaters went on fire , water boiler switch in kitchen went on fire repaired three times and still not fixed , fuse box fuses sparking , broke into electricity cupboard and broke the lock on door left the door open had tools exposed ,phoned to complain and got told it had nothing to do with infiniti properties had to put a lock on door myself ,gutters needed cleaning asked about the gutters over phone and got told they will be in touch surprise no phone call , light switches and sockets wires shorting and loose, problems with fridge and washing machine took months for anything done about them , staff letting themselves into property without tenants permission ,since 2009 there has been nine tenants in the property ,as for AMY MARTIN the maintenance mananger very abrupt and has no idea of her job entitled even the maintenance team have said that the staff at infiniti are hopeless ,had to do repairs on the front door not closing or locking properly things on the house were broken or damaged on the property before we moved in 2015 I been told I have to pay for the repairs an absolute joke why not meet me face to face and we can have a chat about the situation , they have told me they are using my deposit to pay for the upkeep of the house and have a new tenant moving into the property .

This company charges fees outwith the deposit which is illegal, the fees are charged outwith the deposit and are not declared or held with any deposit schemes. ***This is a FACT and all of evidence to support the bad/dishonest business practices of infiniti properties is easily accessible via the good ol' internet. In response to the owners request for my email - no. Prioritise not charging illegal fees and bettering your business for your 'clients', then you won't have to respond via google reviews with more dishonesty in a pathetic attempt to save face.

We have been having an ongoing maintenance issue. No heating in one of the rooms in the flat which has not yet been resolved and it has been over a year since this has been reported. I have suggested a portable heater or discount off of the rent however we have not received either of these and have been living with a freezing cold room for over a year. Totally unacceptable and considering leaving the property because of this ongoing frustration and disregard for our health.

THEY CHARGE ILLEGAL FEES!!! Edit: my facts are actually not inaccurate they are lifted directly from s.84 of the Rent (Scotland) Act 1984. Maybe some staff training in relation to current housing legislation could be in order? Or do you just train your staff to use a third party loophole and trick tenants into paying illegal fees, because it certainly looks that way. Yes, I am the partner of a previous tenant. I’m curious as to how you would know that. I’m assuming that you have looked us both up on Facebook, which I think is very strange. Also, I am well within my rights to leave a review as is everyone else, Infiniti deserve every bit of bad publicity that they’re getting. I spent a lot of time at the flat where he stayed and I witnessed first hand: 1) the sheer mess and dirt in the flat when he moved in (I have ALL the photos saved on my laptop and am happy to post them). 2) a RODENT appear one day in the flat, which was reported and not investigated 3) A member of staff from Infiniti ILLEGALLY try to gain access to the flat 4) a bath panel which was hanging off and could’ve caused a serious injury wait at least 3 months to be repaired 5) the water going off, again which wasn’t looked into 6) the extremely rude and dismissive attitude by all of the staff who dealt with him 7) an infestation of flies, again which was not investigated 8) a hoover that had moths living inside it (yes, really.) 9) A kettle that was FULL of mould 10) the shower, sink and bath blocking almost daily 11) the broken dressing table (which my boyfriend actually repaired in good faith. He really shouldn’t have bothered.) I could sit here all day and list each and every thing that was reported and subsequently ignored by the staff at Infiniti. The way that they have dealt with the aftermath of this is at least, embarassing and at worst, nefarious. I also think it’s genuinely hilarious how you must be spending your day at work replying to negative reviews. Is business drying up a bit? What a shame, although I’m fairly certain that this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Think twice before signing up with this company, my experience consisted of being told lie after lie or a response would be made up on the spot to any query asked. Customer service does not appear important to infinity. After seeing the reply from infinity management to my review I can only assume they live in a fictional world where they believe their own lies, as it was me who could not tolerate the lies any longer and issued infinity with notice. I am confident prospective tenants / landlords will see this genuine review and decide for themselves if it's worth getting involved with this company. To give the readers a flavour of what type of company infinity is please continue reading, I was contacted by Scott Hume (Director) shortly after leaving this review and "threatened with legal action if I did not remove the review immediately" going against what he advises in other reviews "infinity welcome both positive and negative reviews" as my review was fair and honest and currently there is no law against telling the truth I thought it best to leave my review to let others who read this review make their own mind up. I would be curious to know if anyone else who previously left a negative review of Infinity received a similar message, it may help others before they make a mistake.

Couldn't be worse! they let my flat door open when someday they checked the flat! Luckily there was no thief on that day! they never do any maintainance until you moved out ! and charge you for everything they should repair in the very beginning. they are so rude and useless. be careful and avoid! the third party for move out report, who hired by the landlord, is on their side, definitly! totally rubbish! i will fight for my money and right! extremely poor and avoid avoid!

I have recently just moved into my new flat and its a relief. Everyday to go back home and know that you have a place where everything is working, the house is in great condition, it really makes a difference; and this was thanks to Infiniti Properties. Ian Machlachan one of the agents there assisted me with the paperwork and was extremely helpful. Whenever I annoyed him with phone calls for different things he always helped and solved my every issue. They have organised council tax, electricity accounts so cant ask for more than that. Also it must be said that the property was very clean and very well checked when I moved in. These guys are great.

Me and my flatmate have been in our property for a month now and we are so happy to be settled in our flat. Iain Maclachlan arranged our paperwork and was extremely helpful although we must of driven him crazy with calls and emails. If we did he never showed it and was always happy to help which we really appreciated. Iain definitely has and still goes beyond what is needed to help us with any inquiry we have. Would definitely recommend infiniti to anyone looking to move especially first time movers like us they make everything easy and once you have moved it is reassuring to know they are still there to help!

I have been involved with Infiniti properties for the last 7 years , both renting property and as a landlord. I have found them to be the most proactive and friendly group of people to deal with, who go that extra mile to sort out problems before they become an issue. They are always on it and say it as it is. What a letting agent. When we first applied to view the flat they got us a viewing the next day, when we went ahead with it, they booked us an appointment in their offices to sort everything out straight away. Their office looks like the best place to work in Glasgow too. Being greeted by fancy tech and a fantastically eclectic arrangement of furniture from all walks of, errm, home. The team are all friendly and well informed about what's going on. We had a dispute with a neighbour last year, something we were really worried about tackling. They actually took the time to meet with us and discuss the concerns, even fighting on our side! We were really impressed. Today, it got even better. I phoned at 10:11 to report a boiler fault. Someone new to the business, Josh, arranged authorisation from the landlord and a boiler engineer to attend almost immediately. Even though he needed a part he didn't stock, he left us with hot water at just gone one. The guys are entirely professional, understanding and proficient. Even with us being students (usually just ignored by most corporate people). A big thanks to all the team! The new website looks great too!

This company has been handling the management of part of my property portfolio for several years now. They have been outstanding in the way that matters are handled. Statements are always accurate and on time, properties are looked after well and any issues brought to my attention. Staff are professional and courteous. They started with only one property but due to their excellent service, I have been gradually moving properties over to them. I still have a couple of properties with other agents but I do not receive nearly as good a service. These will also be moved to Infiniti when the time is right for me.
