I've been a landlord with Infiniti for 6 years and have been really impressed with their hands on approach. I had one problem tenant that stopped paying rent and refused to leave. Infiniti dug their heels in and had him evicted. He then wrecked my flat but Infiniti helped me redecorate very quickly which actually increased the rent. Can I advise other landlords to get rent guarantee insurance? I regret not getting it as it would have saved me thousands of pounds in lost rent and stress. I've read all the reviews and in my experience, tenants never leave the property in the way it's presented to them and then blame the property or agent for minor things to get their own way. In all the years I've been a landlord, I've never had even one tenant leave it spotless and quite frankly I'm tired of it. Infiniti always get stuck in and get the job done! I would highly recommend them.

Infiniti Properties are the letting agents currently managing my portfolio of properties. I have always found the staff to be professional and friendly at all times. Any of my enquiries have always been dealt with promptly. My arrears for 66 properties is currently Zero which for me is fantastic. Stephanie in accounts is always friendly and excellent at her job. She never gives up in chasing tenants who are late with theyre rent and always makes sure deposits are Safe Guarded. I have never had long voids in any of my properties. Ann Hume the viewing agent I have always found very helpful and is always available to answer my queries either during office hours or out of hours. Angie in maintenance is very knowledgeable and always makes sure repairs are fixed promptly for my tenants. Scott Hume the Director of Infiniti Properties I have always found to be very hands on. He has a great knowledge of the property sector and has a great team of staff working with him to ensure all my properties and tenants are looked after. I have been with Infiniti now for nearly 3 years and have no complaints. Excellent service and good at what they do !!

Unfortunately I have to low rate them. After having went to view a property with my fiance, we loved the place and laid down a reserve, which we thought would reserve the property for us, apparently not. We sorted the paperwork and handed it in, having then been told that there was somebody else interested and handing in an application. I thought the whole point of a reserve was to keep the flat for you. After a tense few days of waiting, we received an email that the landlord had just suddenly decided to not let it out! However a friend of mine called up after this about the flat to request a viewing and the flat was still available. Not only have they turned away a young couple looking for their first flat, but they have turned away my DISABLED fiance who has Aspergers and was dead set on this flat, loved it because he was close to transport to see his friends, parents etc. I am disgraced with this, it's not acceptable for a business. No matter how fancy the office is, please avoid.

I think that some of the reviews on the site are unfair; I used Infiniti Properties back in 2013 soo a long time ago and it was a property in Paisley I rented for six months. I do agree that their policy of such a high deposit is innappropriate, however putting this aside they were relatively quick in other matters. The move out process went through quickly, and my deposit was refunded about a month after my exit. This wait seems to be an industry standard, and one can only hope that with the new deposit scheme will change. The staff are friendly, but can take time to have matters investigated. I think that as an agent I had no extensive issues, and would not be put off using them again, albeit reluctant deposit levels. Robert

DO NOT IGNORE THE AWFUL REVIEWS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY Absolutely awful service, went over a month without hot water, one of the rooms was covered in mould and had mushrooms growing in it and infiniti did nothing about it until we started calling and sending daily emails explaining how we would take them to a tribunal if they didn't fix anything. They ripped out eyes out when it came to the deposit, charging us £140 for silicone sealant which you can buy for £5 in a store of your choice (and which should be classified as wear and tear anyway), this despite leaving us with one shower shared between 8 people (because of a broken boiler they wouldn't fix) and a broken fan (they also wouldn't fix). They washed 3 mattresses and then said they were replacing them anyway (charged us for both cleaning and replacing). Flat WiFi cable was from the early 2000's, landlord would routinely show up unannounced, infiniti did nothing. Landlord would routinely use her own people to fix things, they would break again immediately, infiniti did nothing. Charge £30 for a reference when moving to a new flat, be aware because it's written into your contract. Awful, awful company, immoral and inept

They have unprofessional customer service and after two weeks wasting my time for viewing and applying, ... they said the flat is not available anymore. After that I posted review and the manager threatened me. "it you don't remove you're untruthful review then I will destroy you. You have less than 20 hours or you will be in court."

We have been with Infiniti Properties (IP) since 2018. IP assisted us in sourcing a suitable property for letting. IP has a dedicated maintenance team team and quickly sorted the few minor problems with the apartment. IP helped us source new furniture and fittings. The tenants were properly vetted - we never had a problem with a tenant. In mid-2022 our personal circumstances changed and we need to sell the property quickly. However, after the client had departed, we decided not to sell but to keep the property as it provided us with an income source. So once again IP helped us sort out a few problems with furniture and white goods and eventually to find a new tenant. The tenants have proved to be first class. So, we have now been with IP for the best part of five years - and have been pleased with IP from day one. A big thank you to all of the IP team.

As a Landlord, I can say that Infiniti have been looking after a property since 2010 and I have never had any issues that they couldn't solve. They recently took over a new property for me and had it rented out at a good rate within 1 week. Seriously impressive.They also communicate really well so I know exactly what is happening at all times, couldn't be happier with their service. Avoid at all costs

When we moved in had no working shower for 3 weeks, only got fixed when threatened to report them to the ombudsman. Had problems with mould, dampness, flooding. Had to throw out furniture due to these issues and my 3 month old son was admitted into hospital with breathing problems due to this. The mould, dampness and mouse issue was reported several times but was only sent a youtube video. Terrible estate agents, your better off living in homeless flats.

I have had a very poor experience with this company now that my lease is coming to and end. I'm not getting answers to emails re: viewings, final rent payment, anything. It took them over two weeks just to respond to our lease termination letter. It's been a bit of a shambles and I caution those looking to sign a lease with this property management company.

Feel at home!

Great people, professional and warm.They care about their tenants and frequently be in touch for any questions we may have. We moved last august to one of their properties in Shettleston, though they were few challenges they made sure we were given alternatives and proper compensation and benefits to manage.
